The Park at Galaway Apartments

Just moved in and so far so good. Appliances are older and you can tell it’s an older model townhome but Nick was great he’s the best! He really worked with my sister and I to get us in on time and with minimal strife. I transferred from a sister property and I wasn’t knowledgeable about that process so he truly was a huge help. Thank you Nick! I’ll have to update with photos of how we decorate later as we are still unpacking boxes. 👍🏽

So it’s been 1 month since I have move here and I absolutely love it new cabinets, carpet, flooring tile the master bedroom is big with a big walk-in shower my kids room is big as well I put 2 full size bed in 1 room but my daughter room is small she have a full size bed as well the kitchen and living room is big its peace full and quiet through out the day I’m glad I did decide to give these townhomes a try the process did not take long I was trying to move by the 1st of September Mrs, Andrews got me in by the 29 of August she is very nice she explained Everything to me when she see me she still ask is everything going good with my new place thank you Sojane Andrews for everything you have done

Tashi the leasing specialist has the best customer service I’ve ever seen! She was very reliable and helpful! Every question me or my wife had she had an answer. We were initially placed in a unit and we wanted a swap, she was very attentive to our needs and found a solution almost immediately. I’d recommend anyone looking for a place to call home come to the Park at Galaway and ask for Tashi !

I saw the reviews previously and was hesitant to consider this place but, the reviews improved so I decided to give it a chance. I was definitely surprised at how nice the community looked. The person who gave me the tour did a great job. Usually only see the model unit but he knew a unit had been finished so he let me see one that was exactly like the one I was applying for. I was pleased with what I saw, the pricing was right within my budget. Raymond Carter did a great job answering all my emails and requests in a timely fashion and everything I requested he made happen. This overall was a great process. I just moved and I am please. I pray this continues to be the experience.

I love The Park at Galaway. I've been here for a few years. No problems so far. Easy rent payment and resident portal for everything else. The property stays clean and landscaping done. Repairs get done when requested. Will definitely recommend you move here.

Never have I ever been so impressed with a team of people as I have been with the family at The Parks of Galaway Apartment community. My leasing agent Ms. Renee was the absolute best. I had some special needs that required a bit of attention and she went over and beyond to cater to my needs. The entire office staff was friendly, informative, welcoming and very accommodating. My place looks amazing, everything shiny new, I am looking forward to making my new place home for my son and I.
