Horrible experience with their audit department. At first they charged us $3,000 for not accepting an audit. I was told to remove the non audit fee to reduce my overall fees to run an audit. We made a payment of $2,000 and authorized the audit. After the audit was completed they sent us a $30,000 invoice for the audit results! When I complained they said that they made a mistake and now my balance due is $11,000. It was a bait and switch tactic to get us to agree to the audit and then charge us an insane amount for the audit. This company was referred by ADP which was very disappointing considering that we've been ADP's clients for close to a decade. No assistance from the worker's comp dept of ADP and no assistance from Amtrust.
