Well I was able to make an appointment to take my truck in to get an estimate. My repair was finished before the estimated time frame, which was a total surprise and kinda messed up my plans. Nevertheless I was able to make up for the inconvenience. I want to out a special thanks to Jesse Munoz for his outstanding supreme service to me in keeping me informed throughout the repair process. Involved in an accident and needed body work done to my vehicle. I can’t say enough just how awesome this place was!! Stressed to the max about being in an accident they made the process of repairing my vehicle so easy and seamless. The work they did to my car was perfect! The blend of the paint was perfect. They even did an extra step and polished my non damaged headlight so that it would match the new shiny one that they placed on the vehicle! Customer service was 100% satisfactory and they were so kind and informative whenever I had questions. They arranged to get my car from the tow yard and brought over to there shop which made the process so easy. They continuously gave me updates on the steps in which my car was through the entire process and you can also check the progress of your vehicle via their website. My husband and I stopped by because our insurance is sending my car in after the accident.
The gentleman who took care of us is super helpful and they actually started to order parts for my car before my car arrive the shop. My first impression of this place is that they are so knowledgeable and efficient.

I was always told that if you got in a accident always take your car to the dealership to get repaired. However my insurance company required me to take it to service king first for an estimate. I'm so glad they did because I experienced nothing but competency, professionalism, and friendliness. They gave me confidence in their abilities to quickly and properly repair my vehicle. I had a minor issue with one of the features that wasn't working after the repairs but they proved themselves by standing behind their work and going above and beyond to make sure they figured out what was wrong and repaired everything that needed to be repaired. They were honest with their time frame and addressed all the concerns I had. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company.

Amazing customer service. Service King communicated with me about my vehicle’s repair process every step of the way. The only place I would go if you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident. Insurance companies trust the company and their repairs/work so your claims process is smooth. Service was spectacular and the stressful process of a auto collision was made peaceful. Awesome place.
