Restaurant is clean, service is great, and food is fresh, this is what I remember BK used to be. Please continue the good work!

Great customer service! the store, they share the building with,, thoe is another story too bad they share the restrooms. However after bringing my concern up to Angel he cleared things up great way of handling customer's concerns thank you for your work Angel!!

Met Burger King expectations. It was convenient and fast.

Got a Quarter Pounder with cheese and my boss ordered the same without cheese. I went to the bathroom and he was eating mine so I ate his but without cheese it was still really good. Very juicy and the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles were fresh and it was amazing. Of course I have been craving one for a while. It was good.

This review is 100% based on my family's drive-thru experience. We have never been inside. The drive-thru staff smiled, was friendly, made sure we had straws and napkins, asked if we wanted ketchup, and even said thank you and goodbye when our transaction was complete. On top of that our order was correct.

Employees were nice and the bathroom was clean

I don't know which was better, the drive thru customer service or the food. I got the wrong drink but when I told the cashier he made it right. And a manager even verified with me that my food was correct after. Neither of them acted like it was an inconvenience to make my order the right way (which I saw a lot of while working fast food). Got the whopper Jr deal $7 for a double Jr. bacon cheeseburger loaded with toppings, small fries perfectly salted, 4 piece nuggets (a little thinner than McDonald's but also much less greasy), and small coke. Hard to get a full meal for under $10 these days. Keep it up BK!

I always stop here on my way to Houston if I get hungry on my way. Staff is friendly and it's always clean. On my recent visit I was helped by a new employee in training. He did very well and was nice. Always a pleasant experience when I visit.

As much as I wanted to come and complain about this experience I couldn't based on the way my visit was handled. So upon arrival I placed my order and pulled up behind a vehicle in front of me. 20+ minutes (no joke) and hadn't moved an inch I pulled around and angrily went inside to ask for a refund. Once I arrived I realized just how understaffed due to callouts they were and how professional and friendly they were to me. I still asked for a refund and after the crew apologized and I saw how things where going told them to continue to make my order and that I'd stick around. Alot of times we as a costumer worry about our experience and disregard their day. After seeing their chaos I realized how hard they had to work just to make sure the customers were taken care of regardless of the wait time or pressure the customer was always their priority.

Great staff. The place was clean. Everything tasted great and our food was ready quickly. The French fries were perfect

Everything is awesome on the menu. Flame broil burgers are great. Chicken Nuggets taste so good and greatest price. Can't wait to see what the Vegan burger taste like.

This is one of the better Burger Kings, out of Houston is right heading towards brenham right on 290, And this morning the girls and the management were so helpful and so delightful everybody was happy had a great experience

I ordered the Crispy Chicken, it was delicious.
