Rikia and Chelsey are the best! Every time I come into office they are always pleasant and fun and bubbly. They are attentive and very informative about the property. I wish all leasing offices was they theirs!

Chelsey is extremely welcome and full of personality! She was determined to get the unit I wanted and she made it happen! Thank you for being so welcoming and hands on with my application.

Miss Yolanda is amazing! She got me approved and moved in immediately!!! She definitely goes out of her way to assist anyone! I would definitely recommend it here!

Update: I got finessed I was told rent was 1300 but they added extra fees and for months they didn’t tell me so now my rental bal is high because Yolanda lied and now no one wants to fix it , it’s not my fault I was told the wrong info update I’ve been here for 8 months I’ve been with working air for 3 months I’ve explained to them that I have kids and they have shown me that they only care about you during the application process. I’ve reported black mold and all the man did was come and wipe the wall with bleach im also getting charged per fees and I’ve never owned a pet. The main concern is the air I have a 1 year old child and my house is 85 degrees, they told me they needed to order a new part but it’s been 3 months

I live at City View for 2 years now and I love my apartment home. Management in the office is great and I have had no issues. It is quite at night and the location is near everything. Yvonne and Meshia are always smiling when I come in.

It has definitely made an improvement the last few months I’ve been here. There isn’t as much paper on the ground and the area looks much cleaner than before. I also haven’t had any issues yet since moving out here. I wasn’t expecting much when I first moved out here but, now I know I made the right choice.

I am looking to move here. I think this property has such bad reviews based on communication. Instead of calling I vist the property each time I have a question. I was show two units. One updated, and one not so renovated. I loved them both. I appreciate Ms. Chelsey and her transparency.

The new team is so helpful and great service definitely not like the team before Ms Yvonne was so wonderful and helpful she was a real blessing toy family in our time of need great maintenance team they take care of there tenants

Mrs Yolanda is the BEST!!!! If you call she picks up if there’s a issue she’s making sure maintenance is handling it. Thanks so much for having her she’s definitely the best leasing agent I’ve seen in awhile here. Please KEEP HER

Very nice Riki’s was amazing

Although, I ultimately decided on a different property—I must say that Derrick made my experience with Elite Life at City View absolutely amazing! The newly renovated model unit won my heart with it’s wet bar, spiral staircase, Jack & Jill style bathroom with private toilets, and double closets in each room! And the free snacks in the fridge were a nice cherry on top to win me over and make me feel like family too! The price is unbeatable! The location is conveniently ten minutes from the airport, and Camp Creek Marketplace. It’s in walking distance from the MARTA line, with a bus coming at the bottom of the hill, in the event that you are not driving. The area is definitely more on the urban side, but I did not feel unsafe at any point in my numerous visits. My reasons for deciding on a different apartment community stand mostly with feedback that I received from current tenants (allegedly, bugs—which are a risk anywhere in Georgia TBH; and allegedly, shooting—more of a concern if I had to commit to a flat floor plan), along with the one bedroom floor plan that I desired not being available. Miss Kay helped me to understand that they are working on answering the phone, and returning calls; as their system is renewing with their name change. But if you’re considering giving this place a try, then ASK FOR DERRICK!
