I have utilized this agency for many many years. They are top-notch. They pick up everytime I call, are friendly and knowledgeable, are timely with responses, and competitive on rates. Highly recommend Lois Woods' team!

Very thorough and responsive. When you get in their phone automation loop just say “agent” and it will get you a live person. While they may not be the least expensive, you can count on their expertise and financial stability compared to others. When you have a claim they are not involved; it is farmed out to others who are not as responsive as they. I suppose other insurance agents do the same.

Very easy to contact agent or staff and they send out monthly information of the various services Allstate offers. They have been very helpful in our time of need concerning a traffic incident. Both my wife and I are enrolled in the safe driving for discounts on our cell phones. Excellent service and follow through. Great job.

By far the best Agency I have ever dealt with. We had a death in the family that had us having to make many changes and adjustments to my mothers policies.
