Publix Super Market at Shallowford Exchange

This store is kept very neat, but smaller than other Publix stores I've been to in town. Had a little bit of everything I needed..but not as many brands as I'm used to finding. I had an awesome shopping experience there the other day. The person who was cleaning carts was very polite, and went out of his way to make sure my cart was cleaned. I found everything I was looking for and many employees greeted me in different areas of the store. After shopping, I decided to order one of their famous sub sandwiches in the deli and the employee, Brandon was very knowledgeable about all that they offered. He even suggested a Boars Head sliced buffalo chicken that I absolutely am glad I tried. Brandon had a smile on his face the entire time. Then at check out, its always nice to have a cashier who actually seems to like being at work. My cashiers name was Brock, and he was so respectful. He referred to me as ma'am each time he addressed me. Great customer service indeed. I loved my experience in Publix today.

Easily my favorite Publix! It's clean and there are friendly faces all around the store. The manager in the meat section will cut meat or repackage whatever you need. Always such a pleasant experience.

Well organized, mini Publix. I love this location, you can get in and out on a flash. They have a very nice deli bakery, and ready to go for section. Staff is excellent and there's never a wait.

I went to Publix to get balloons for a kick-off event. I grabbed a cart, and as I was entering, I saw an employee stacking green baskets. I said, "I am looking for some balloons." She started to tell me where to find colored latex balloons. Then she said, "Follow me because they are hard to find." I said, "You are right. I would not have located them back in this alcove." She assisted me in my selections and sent me to the produce department to get them filled. I have not experienced such awesome customer service in any grocery store. By the way, the store was virtually spotlessly clean!

Small and stocked for locals.

I'm in here a lot. It's on my path and quick. I picked up everything from lamb chops for dinner to chicken salad for lunch. They stocked the thing that I typically buy and it's right off the expressway. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Again, it's small and limited, just for the common items and the preferences of the locals. I buy Nespresso pods, Diaya cheese and gluten-free treats here, which seemed to be a staple of the neighborhoods around it.

I love this Publix store. While they are not as large as some of the other Publix, they typically have everything I need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love going there to shop!

This Publix is really nice. I love the new plaza and it's clean & organized

1st time there. I liked the smaller sized store. Easier to get around. The staff were very knowledgeable about exactly which isle things could be found and were pleasant.

Really clean and they are stacked up. Myesha was such an amazing cashier really friendly and sweet 10/10 would come here again

As always love the Publix subs and love the bakery. Grab the pizza dough from the bakery every Friday. Love the whole selection at Publix. This one is the smallest Publix I've ever seen but I still like it more than the new generation of Publixs with the deli in the center.

I love this Publix! The staff is awesome and personable. They are quick to address issues as well.

Publix is known to be one of the nicer grocery stores. This one is less than a mile away so very convenient. This Publix does not have a pharmacy. But is a good grocery store that has good deals (a lot of buy one get one free). Very clean and well laid out. No self checkout, but they do have cashiers and lines tend to go fast (two diff lines, one for people with less than 10 items). Lots of parking available and it has good entrance/exit because there is a light. There are other small shops around such as UPS, American Deli, Subway, Massage place, Cleaners/Alterations, etc.

We love this little "pocket" Publix. They somehow always have everything we need, despite being half the size of the neighboring Publix locations in Chamblee and Brookhaven. Staff is always really pleasant.

Extremely clean and cashiers work efficiently and are friendly and eager to assist.

On Vacation, needed one or two things. This was a great looking store.

The shelves are moderately stocked for a neighborhood shop. This store is perfect for finding items to try new recipes, of course the BOGO deals always attract more patronage
Billy, Demarcus, Laura, Puja, and SanJuan all offer quality customer service despite how hectic/difficult the crowds may get. :)

Dinoshka, Noah and associates are excellent. Immaculate and well ran store.
