This store has a quality selection of shoes, bags, and coastal wear. Colleen helped me pick out my bag. I had previously walked by it and didn’t notice. She suggested it for me and when I tried it on, I immediately said “this is me”. I slept on the decision and very enthusiastically came back to make my purchase. Colleen wanted to make sure it didn’t get snatched up so she held it for me. Also my friend purchased shoes that she loves and plans to wear everywhere this summer. Thank you Natural Footwear and especially Colleen! I will think of St Petersburg whenever I wear this purse :-)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dean in the St Pete location. He was amazing. I found an Eric Michael wedge that I fell in love with but they didn’t have my size so he shipped it to me. Bonus- I didn’t have to carry it around all day 🤷🏻‍♀ They carry all the best brands for me and women. If you are looking for comfort and quality shoes this is the place

We were in the store for the first time on the 16 th of Feb and found the items to be unique and comfortable too. I was helped by a sweet and beautiful young lady Stephana who was patient with my selection. Loved the naot shoes.

So helpful! The man was so knowledgeable about shoes and knew exactly how to find the fit I was looking for. Such a lovely time, left with a great pair!

After brunch Mother's Day shopping with my Mom & sister! We had such a nice experience! JIM was very helpful and patient while we debated amongst sizes/colors.

FYI, I previously purchased a pair of leather sandals for my mom and they didn't fit her correctly. Jim ordered the correct size and the shoes can be shipped to your home instead of having to come back in! That is so convenient.

Most of these high quality comfort sandals/shoes will be $100+, which is a bit high, but worth it when you will wear them frequently, especially in the warm FL weather and long walks all about town... And so you don't get swampy, stinky feet lol

Also great is that they close around 10-11pm on weekends. The Google hours say 10pm, but a saleslady I spoke with said they were closing at 11pm on the Saturday night when I called.

Don't forget to check out the sale section in the back corner! I didn't have time to rummage through them, but who wouldn't love a sale on Naots & Berkinstocks? :D

I have been buying shoes and purses here for years! They are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Recently there was an order I placed last December for a pair of shoes and an associate, that is no longer with NCF, didn't communicate with me that the shoe was not being made. I had stopped by the store this week to find out what is going on, and Jim took care of me, found out the issue and went above and beyond! Thank you. I love this store. Jim you are great and most appreciate the shoes!

Wally gave me great service, he knew every style of shoe in the store! He led me to the most comfortable and stylish shoes they had. I will definitely shop here again because of the variety of shoes and the quality of brands that they carry.

Their customer service really stands out and they stand by the quality of their product. The manager offered to replace a pair of Naot sandals I bought a few months ago because they aged prematurely. I bought a second pair of Naot today and I love them. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for great, comfortable footwear.

This place has amazing service! I have trouble finding shoes that work with my feet and the wonderful people working here listened and then recommended shoes that have been amazing. Both walking shoes and sandals! I wish they were in Colorado so I could buy all my shoes here!

I've been looking for the right sandals that were stylish and comfortable to help with plantar fasciitis. It looked like a brand that had been recommended to me by a Physical Therapist was available in this store so I went to check it out. This particular location didn't have anything in stock of the brand I was looking for, but Westin was very knowledgeable and knew exactly which brands and styles to recommend. He pulled out several for me and after trying a few, he had a hunch and brought out a pair that were just right. Westin was helpful and the store has some great quality shoes that are supportive and stylish. I expect to be back for another pair or two soon. Thanks for your help, Westin!

Stopped inside this lovely shop today and fell in love with the place. I immediately found a beautiful pair of shoes that I would have loved to take home, but unfortunately they were out of my size. Not worry, my husband got some amazing flip flops he’s been looking for. I will definitely be back on a regular basis so I won’t miss out on my size next time. The owner is friendly and accommodating. Ladies his shop is a must!

A great staff and friendly helpful Manager. My Vionic loafers developed a split seam after 7 months and I was able to replace them with no worries. I will definitely be back.
