I believe it was Jermaine Who helped me get my storage unit and he was the absolute best! I got my unit online at around 10:00 Am and went over around 12:30 PM to go get my lock and check out the unit and it was so secure and safe. He had the door locked and was watching it until someone came in. He was so attentive and helpful. I got my unit in about 3 or so minutes. When i got to the unit it was spotless and a great size. I don’t expect it to be so big and clean. Jermaine Smith was the absolute best and deserves the best!

If you have the opportunity to speak with a guy named Chas, he is awesome to work with. I had an excellent experience due to his kindness and guidance.

Very pleased with my recent visit to this Extra Space Storage facility. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, Chas was very helpful and patient while helping me find the right size unit to suit my storage needs. I would recommend this location very clean and setting up the rental was a breeze.

Jermaine was amazing! So helpful and kind. We couldn’t take stuff upstairs so he changed it to a downstairs unit without issue.

When I Came To Extra Space Storage On 12/27/23 The Gentleman Who Was Working Germaine Was Very Nice And Kind And Professional. He Greeted Me And Asked What Could He Do To Assist Him, I Told Him That I Had Already Called And Made Reservations Online And So He Pulled It Up. He Explained How Everything Works With Renting Out A Storage Space And He Gave Me A Card With All My Information For My Storage And Said That If I Needed Anything Else Concerning The Storage Space He Would Assist Me.
Well Lord And Behold I Needed Him Right Away Because The Storage Space That I Had Gotten Was Too Small But I Didn’t Think About The Fact I Had Two Curios That Couldn’t Fit In The Small Space Because I Had My Big Round Table And Two End Tables That Was Basically It For That Small Space. So I Went Back To The Office And Germaine Nicely Ask Was Everything Ok And I Told Him Yes But I Needed Another Unit Because I Thought I Would Be Able To Fit Everything In That One Space. So He Said Let’s Go Check To See If He Had Another Unit That Was A Little Bigger Than The One I Had Gotten. He Did And I Purchased It And Everything Just Went Smooth Sailing The Whole Time And I Just Want To Let You Know That I Appreciate lol Germaine And His Hospitality And He Didn’t Rush Me Not One Bit. He Gave Me His Undivided Attention And I’m So Very Thankful For Him…….

Chaston Key he has been an absolute Delight person to work with. Also my first day moveing my things in the first day ended up losing the first lock set of keys and and he was able to get me back into my storage unit and a new lock set of keys for my storage unit he just has made my moving experience awesome I wish him all the success in his role and I know that you guys have someone great on your payroll you so much Chaston Key

Incredibly easy experience from open to close. I signed up in minutes, my unit was clean, and any time I had a question the staff was super helpful. Can't speak for all Extra Space locations, but this one is very well managed and I'd absolutely rent a unit here again if I needed one!
