Cyndi and Carletta were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me a tour of a beautiful unit and answered all my questions. The application process was extremely easy and seamless. I was approved in less than 48 hours. I am so thankful to both of them. Definitely check out Rugby Valley if you’re looking for your next apartment!!

Rugby Valley is a beautiful place to live very quiet very peaceful. The property management team is very respectful, very prompt and they go over and beyond to satisfy the tenants. That’s my experience so if you looking for a great place to live. We will welcome you to rugby valley.

After moving cross country and being scammed out of houses, wasting so much money. I found these apartments online. I reached out by calling the property and the manager Cynthia answered. I expressed my situation, the baggage I came with, my concerns, and the goal I was trying to achieve. I told her I wanted a place to call HOME. A few weeks later I met Carletta, who greeted me with the upmost warm welcome and allowed me to tour the property. I even expressed to Carletta how I wanted to raise my son in a good neighborhood. Just a couple weeks after that I was walking through my very own apartment with keys and gate card in hand. When I say these ladies did everything they could while going above and beyond the normal call of duty for my son and I, that’s exactly what they did. We are so grateful. My only regret is not knowing them sooner. Coming to them as a complete stranger and then being welcomed with open arms is true hospitality. Even the maintenance are great people. As long as you put in a work order, they make it a priority to get it done and COMPLETED. They come to your home with great mannerisms and respect as well as being friendly when you see them around the property. The days are quiet and in my opinion the nights are equally if not quieter than day light hours, their is no random traffic or craziness and with the park being right next door it’s a plus…I am truly honored to be here almost a year and NO ONE on this property has failed on their part as of yet. Thank you Carletta and Cynthia for really going the extra mile. :)

They were professional, friendly and caring. The apartments looks great and after allowing me to tour the apartment, I fell in love. The ground is very well kept. I look forwardto moving in soon. I just moved in and I love it. Well kept property is very quiet with friendly neighbors. The complex is located in the middle of the historic part of College Park surrounded by beautiful homes and tree lined sidewalks making the area feel like a small southern town. Neighborhood is safe with local restaurants and super markets well within walking distance. My move in date had to be pushed back because of covid related supply issues (unit has been renovated) but the friendly and professional staff made it worth the wait. Great area.

My husband and I have been trying to apply to these apartments for years and get were always fully occupied. Finally, we were able to apply and hoping we get approved. We have a small child and my in laws as well as my parents live close by so these are the perfect location for my small family.
These apartments are located in a nice area around beautiful homes and a awesome park within walking distance and even downtown college park. I hear there are officers who live on the complex and have been here for quite some time. We can’t wait to hear back from the staff and start a new journey living here☺

I recently moved to Georgia from Louisiana, this was my first and only place that I applied for an apartment. Ms Corletta was so nice throughout this entire process, thank you so much. Needless to say, I love it here and the renovations are BEAUTIFUL..

I really like the apartments I am living since one week and is really good place to live… no body disturb and it is very silencios place…. Carllota that was the person that assist as in the move in was a reel kind person🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 she run and did everything to gave us a good answer in the point to avoid the waist of time… I really apreciaste her time and good job.. it’s the person that every leasing office needs. 🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉

Update: I can say that I am very pleased with the compassion on my issues. Tia and Terry have been really working hard to get all of my issues resolved. Tia and Terry worked to find me another unit that was to my liking and even compensated me for my moving expense. This community is really nice and has bumps in the road just as any other complex but they are on point with making sure all issues get resolved in a timely manner. Its a quiet community that anyone who is looking for a place to stay will love to be in!

I love the apt and the office staff is great and very attentive to the needs that I have had. Immediately addressed any issues.

Iam looking forward to move to this apartments. Hopefully as soon as possible 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Very good community to live their family friendly

So far So good!

Rugby is surrounded by historic homes with well manicured lawns. I've been here for almost five years and, I must say, it is not the hood. I moved in while the property was being managed by Ms. Joyce. Not only was she the property manager, she also lived on the premises, so she cared deeply about Rugby and its residents, She was careful in pairing you with folks much like yourself after meeting with you. After she retired, she stayed on the property for a couple years but has since relocated. I must say, when she left, the property appearance and well being lacked slightly.
Not so much that it isn't maintained and safe. The property manager is doing her best to maintain what Ms. Joyce left behind and, she's taking steps to have the older buildings remodeled. Rugby is quaint, most of the times, it's quiet and it's a lot safer than other apartments in and around the area. I feel a since of peace living at Rugby. I really love the idea that it's only seven minutes from the airport, and only fifteen minutes from downtown. There is a police station around the corner as well as police officers that live at Rugby Valley. I've lived here for five years now and expect to be here until I purchase a home.

I only have one thing to say because I don't live there. I have visited the location a few times and spoke with someone ove the phone to inquire about a unit. If I don't get the house that I'm trying to rent, I am DEFINITELY going to try and rent an apartment home with Rugby and it is definitely NOT IN THE HOOD!
