If it was up to me I wouldn’t give them no stars. I was there for a year and it flooded and leaked the whole year. Last august my light bill was $500 do to them giving me a dehumidifier but not ever fixing the leak nor not knowing how to fix it. This leak was there from the previous tenants. Kitchen sink flooded with sewer almost every other week. I had a whole in my wall the size of a box for a year. Management couldn’t do anything because they didn’t know how to fix the problems. Don’t move in here

These apartments are falling apart as you can see. I can attest that almost every resident has a major issue with their apartment. From the poor and old building structures, to the unsafe hallways with falling Sheetrock, to even not having a refrigerator or stove, the mold growing from the vents, no hater water most times, overcharges especially if you do not check your ledger, mysteriously missing rental payments, sewage in the hallways from busted old piping underground, and the worst is the property manager dishonest Tammy Bangoura. Please do not be fooled by the pictures. Granted it’s a quiet community but these old buildings need to be demolished. There is no accountability and we are all left to figure it out alone.

They haven’t fixed nothing in a year & a half. And they have Roach, mice & snakes

This was by far the worse apartment complex I could have rented from. FIRST they went through numerous management companies in the 3 years I was there. Secondly my apartment flooded NUMEROUS times, all they did was wet vacuum the floor and changed the padding underneath but never once changed the carpet or FIXED THE FOUNDATION ( which is the root of the problem) NEXT my last months of being there I discovered there were mice. The mice ate though everything in my cabinet. I was disgusted by that. The communication between tenants and residents is horrible. I would recommend not to even think of applying here because you will be very very disappointed. They will just paint over the issues and pretend that they fixed things. A JOKE.

I moved into my apartment October 30 and moved out December 31. These apartments are moldy and reaps a really bad smell. False walls up to hide mold. I had to light my stove with a match to cook. They've been ordering my part since the day I moved in. I found mice drippings under sink the leasing guy stated pest control will be out the next day. They never came so I left very I accommodating. I have little kids. I told the jermaine I wanted to break my lease he stated he's still charging me. Small claims court we will be headed. I have to much evidence.

Lol yall. I KID you not this the worse place to EVER live. No ac, no heat. My ceiling collapsed on me and nothing has been said to me smh. Everything raggedy. Trash all outside. Barely any type of maintenance. They all quit or don’t do they job. One of my sinks been messed up the WHOLE time I been here. RATS EVERYWHERE ! ROACHES AND SPIDERS EVERYWHERE ! Rather be homeless than to live here! They don’t accommodate to your needs and lie about everything. Management terrible and they change management like they change underwear. If I could give them negative stars I would. This place is UNLIVABLE and no matter how desperate you are, DONT DO IT!

We just moved out officially a few days ago, but had to physically leave a couple months ago, because the conditions were so unlivable there. If you see an apt available, it's probably the one we just left. Don't believe what the management says. I am not exaggerating: flooding throughout the day (an inch each time!) from the kitchen into both bedrooms, the dining room, the living room. There is no foundation in any of the buildings. The carpet just has wood underneath, not even concrete under most parts. There's nothing shielding the apt from the outside, so any rain causes flooding, all bugs can come and go. When we first got there, there were rats in the walls & our dishwasher was broken the entire time. Sewage-ACTUAL SEWAGE-would bubble up in the kitchen sink, my mom who still lives there had it flood in her tub. So you can imagine how bad the roaches got! Then because of the roaches, we got a spider problem. And they never fixed it. The property just got bought by new management, but because these issues are throughout the entire complex, there's no way they can fix all the apts in any time soon. It'll take forever and cost a fortune. They might tell you it'll be handled, but it's impossible in any reasonable time. Right now, my mom said they told everyibe to tell them when it floods & they'll clean the carpets. That doesn't do anything. My son is 7mths old & was having breathing problems and only got better after we left the apt because the vents were always covered in mold! They keep it clean outside, to hide the nightmare inside. You do not want to live here. As soon as we can get our mom out of there we will. I don't cate how desperate you are, you think it's better than homeless, but the outside is better than this.

I know it's Monday, but please be respectful. I felt so rushed just asking for information. Everything was a no..No available apartments, (even though online says otherwise), No apartments to view (who rents out their model apartments?), Do you know when there will be something to view? NO maybe close to August... I thought I finally found an apartment. FINALLY! but no...

(The good) Quiet complex . (The bad )My unit is mold infested, is marking friends and family including me sick. And management will not come up with solution . Maintenance Just covering up the problem with paint. Moving asap..

Apartments are old constantly changing management I been here a year n I’ve been living in these conditions they want your money but won’t fix anything maintenance not a certified tech if you want you money worth keep looking
