Ruined a very expensive Jenni Kayne sweater and refuse to replace it. I provided receipts and proof of purchase and they still won't replace it. Rude and difficult manager

Dropped off 3 small items to the Jupiter location Monday 5/15. I was told told they would be ready that Friday, 5/19. Perfect, I have an event Saturday. Friday comes and goes, no call. I arrived first thing Saturday morning only to find out they weren’t ready. I called today, Monday 5/22 and they are still not ready. The manager called me back and proceeded to argue with me as to the fact that I should have called before coming. He spoke over me the entire time, wouldn’t let me get a word in, and was extremely rude and unaccommodating. How, when I’m paying you, I have to call? Give the customers the decency and common courtesy of a call AND an apology when you find that your company was in fact in the wrong. Will NOT be using this company again.

The person replying to this review was not at this location at the time that the items were dropped off. Therefore, they could have not had any possible idea of the conversation that was had or what day my items were promised to be ready by.
As mentioned in the review above, I assured the employee working that day that I had an event Saturday and they promised the items would be ready by that FRIDAY. Not the following week without a follow-up call. Nothing regarding washing items twice was EVER discussed. Do we have a signed approval of what was discussed? Right.

This is my favorite part though - "You berated and harassed our entire team without allowing anyone to explain or speak themselves."
Your entire team? I called & spoke to ONE person. The extremely rude and unprofessional Manager that I mentioned above. I'd like to hear the recording of the harassment please, because it's easy to say I was harassed and berated as well.

Lastly, the items were still dirty. But let's not address that part? The biggest issue.

Good to hear that you will continue to have your employee's backs when they are irate and unaccommodating towards your customers. I will continue to share my honest and negative experience of this company to everyone I come in contact with. I refuse to apologize for expecting things that I plan to pay for to be done correctly, and/or communicated professionally, as anyone else in this situation would have done.

The owner of this place is not reliable for their works!!
