Great experience today when I went here to try and save an old trumpet for my nephew for his birthday coming up. The two girls working there, (Mel, and I’m not sure what the other girl’s name is, all i know is that she plays French horn), were amazing! They were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They providing excellent customer service for me, they went above and beyond, I will definitely be going back to this store in the future. Thank you so much!!

Great customer service and a solid selection of student instruments. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they’re taking care of a repair on a student rented instrument in less than a week.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. They answered all of my questions and did not try to upsell me on anything. Even when my middle schooler was nervous about the instruments they knew exactly who his teacher was and made him feel at ease. Definitely recommend for any music 🎶 needs.
