Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a king suite which was quite spacious for our family of three.
We had the continental breakfasts which consisted of fresh fruit, salmon, cheeses, great oatmeal and a variety of pastries. The service in the dining room was outstanding. Kim, Andrew and Mary made my autistic son not only made him feel welcome, but brought him warm cinnamon rolls that weren’t even on the menu after they heard him mention that this was his favorite pastry. They even took the time to make sure they were fresh and warm.

We will most definitely come back to this hotel. It not only had great accommodations, but was thoroughly enjoyable experience

Great location! Was here for a real estate conference. The streets were blocked off, so getting around was a little difficult, but the hotel was in an excellent location to most things. My room was clean. The hotel could use a little updating. The restaurant food was good with large portions. There is a Starbucks coffee shop. The hotel was just perfect for our conference.

I would like to extend a big thank you to Jimmy and Aaron for helping me last week. I accidentally booked my room for the wrong night and was really stressed. They were able to help change my reservation, find a room for me and gave me a great re commendation for dinner. Thanks to the two of them for being so kind and accommodating. ~ Kim

The hotel is conveniently located downtown and you can easily mill around. We walked to the pier for lunch waterside. We walked to bars and restaurants safely. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The rooms were cozy and the bed very comfortable. The Orange hotel bar is tiny but the bartender was great!

Clean rooms and friendly service. The location is extremely convenient with a lot of yummy restaurants within walking range. Valet-only parking, but they’ve always been fast and friendly. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice for work meetings.

We blocked rooms at this hotel for our wedding guests, and overall, the experience was great! Rachel, the events coordinator, was so kind and accommodating from the moment we started working with her. The front desk staff that I interacted with were also very polite and patient (I wish I had caught their names)!

The valet staff were professional and attentive. They fetched cars within a reasonable amount of time, taking into account how busy the hotel was that weekend. Valet cost was provided clearly ahead of time on the hotel website, so there should have been no surprises for guests on arrival.

Despite other negative reviews about the elevators, we had no issues with them being slow. (Sometimes I wonder if people just like to complain . . . it is a 15-story building so gauge your expectations accordingly!)

I stayed in one of the suites, which we also used for bridal party hair and makeup. The hotel left us champagne in our room - so nice! Our room was spacious with a great view of the bay in the distance, and the king bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. (My one suggestion for the hotel would be to install some towel rods near the sink for hanging up hand towels and washcloths).

The building itself is older, but has been updated--the lobby/main floor is beautiful and has tons of space and seating, which allowed our wedding guests to easily hang out together during the day. We picked this hotel because the location was perfect and it had a pool. We also liked the price compared to other hotels in the area! I definitely would recommend this hotel if you are planning to block rooms for your wedding, or if you are just planning a trip to St. Pete!

Quick overnight trip for a work function. Room was great no complaints. Had hot water (if you've ever been away and couldn't get hit water you'll understand)
Didn't have time to use any of the other amenities unfortunately, but I'm sure they are great too.

I don’t normally write reviews. Or at least positive ones that’s why I write them with an Alias. But Aaron at the Hilton was exceptional. I’m a gold member and Aaron didn’t know this. He just knew I was tired and needed an update to a room. He took care of me and just to make sure I got all the credits etc I was entitled to he took care of me during check out. There is something to be said about the Service you get. Aaron clearly is someone that knows his job and is exceptional to have on your Team. Also I came here for the Rumble and pretty cool that there is a trolly to the stadium!

I sat waiting patiently while the solo front desk lady, Cynthia, ha died chaos. I was truly impressed at the level of professionalism she held. This was around 12:30, before a check in rush. One woman was cutting lines, irate, over a minor issue who got refunded for. Her tone was entirely disrespectful and energetic. Miss Cy this performed excellent crowd control, warmly greatly new guests, handling phones, training a new girl, coordinating other staff while an impatient guest demanded attention still, even after the issue was resolved.

I came in to follow up on an application I sent a week or so a go, but after observing this absolute boss of a leader, I knew she deserved a review and that I would continue pursuing a position here.

Besides that, the lobby, pool area, restaurant, were simply immaculate. The location of this hotel is prime.

Best experience, I had an amazing time with my team playing in Tampa Bay at the IMG cup. Best of all, the Starbucks was exceptional. The service at this Starbucks was great. The worker's were very dialed in and on their job. They made everything taste so much better. I would definitely recommend coming and checking out this Starbucks. Overall, hotel experience was great, but best of all that made my mornings, was the Starbucks in the Hilton. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This hotel was a great view and a good pick for the area. It was close to tons of restaurants (within walking distance) and was located right across the street from the ocean, so you can take walk, run or sit on the beach and enjoy the area. It is encouraged to walk around and enjoy the scenery which has some bar and grills that were pretty popular as the night arrived.

stayed here for a meeting for 4 days. very convenient. Mattress us tge just right firm type. pillow a bit too high. location very convenient, quite some places to eat, that are very good.

Came in for a work event, the front staff and what seemed like the manager were super welcoming and friendly. I would love more lighting near the full size mirror in the double room but other than that the room was perfect!

Had such an amazing stay with my husband. Everyone was very attentive and I met a wonderful young man in the engineering department. I believe his name is Lucius, thank you Lucius for all of your recommendations in the area, me and my husband had a wonderful anniversary. I will be returning.

Alex and Julia provided me with great service. Accommodated a room adjustment due to flight delays and provided me with upgraded room accommodations. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

I stayed in the hotel during Hurricane Idalia. The staff were so accommodating and made a scary situation more fun. Rose and Cassy at the Starbucks were so nice and made my drinks everyday with a smile. I then started coming to this Starbucks as my regular morning coffee stop and have see all the baristas do some amazing work, especially Addy. I love coming here and am so glad I found this new stop.

This Hotel and staff have gone out of their way to accommodate all of us who had to leave our homes due to mandatory evacuation of Zone A for the hurricane. Room was clean, comfortable, internet and TV worked the entire time. Best of all, there was a delicious buffet breakfast and dinner to purchase each day while the town was shut down. Thank you for your kindness during a difficult time for us and your staff.

We love this hotel! The customer service is always fabulous and Tina the manager is great.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel in St. Petersburg Bayfront, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for my entire stay.
