Recently the ice maker in my new GE refrigerator started making loud clicking sounds. I called the company handling the warranty coverage for this appliance and they informed me that this repair work would be assigned to one of their vendors, Best Services of America (BSA). At first I was a bit hesitant of how promptly this matter would be taken cared of, but that same day a representative from BSA contacted me to coordinate a date/time for one of their service techs to come and perform the necessary repairs. The phone representative from BSA was cordial, well informed and professional. She arranged a visit by the tech within two business days from my initial call. This would give ample time for the parts to arrive as "Next Day Delivery" which it was. On the day of the repair, the tech called to inform me he was on his way. The tech arrived within 10 minutes from the time he had indicated This I consider is a miracle given the crazy afternoon traffic in Miami. Before entering the house the service tech properly identified himself with his ID. He was polite, modestly dressed and poses excellent demeanor. His tool bag was also well organized. These initial impressions boosted my confident that the repair would be a success, and I was right. In less than 10 minutes from his arrival, the tech had analyzed the problem, removed the old ice maker and replaced it with the new one. Overall I was pleased with his services and would highly recommend him and BSA to my friends and family.

I purchased a warranty for my refrigerator through Famous Tate and I'm so thankful I did. There was a repair needed after just 2yrs and Best Servicers of America was great to deal with. Communication was amazing at all times and the technician who made the repair arrived within the time promised and did it in a timely, professional manner. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the repair service on my Whirlpool refrigerator. Jonathan came out and made a quick diagnosis and ordered the needed parts. A week later he installed them and my icemaker was back in business. I will definitely use this company, and ask for Jonathan again.

I was able to make the appointment online which was followed up with a phone call and an email confirmation. The technician Andre called 30 minutes before he arrived and fixed the problem right away. Very impressed with this company, from the moment we called to make a service repair. The woman that answered the phone, Susan, seemed very knowledgeable about refrigerator parts, and provided excellent customer service. They even pre-ordered the part before the technician came out to have it on hand. As much as we were aggravated that our refrigerator was on the blink, we knew we were in good hands. The manager Kenisha, who we also spoke to us wanted to make sure our experience pleasant. And the technician who came to fix our refrigerator, Chardley, did a great job. We will use this company again. Highly recommend them. We are no one special, but they made us feel like we were.

Very nice, cleans up after the job is done and called to say he could come early. Most of them wait around until the actual time but not them.So call Best Service of America. They will do you right.

As soon as I put in repair order these guys were on top of it. Bought this LG fridge at home Depot and one year later no ice balls in freezer. When I called it in got responses right away and planed for the repair immediately. Serviceman Jeffery was great and hospitable. No complaints here and I have ice once again.

Best Services promptly answered my phone call for a tech to come out and repair my Samsung refrigerator’s ice maker. They set me up for a tech the following week and sent text and email reminders. The tech came promptly at the designated time, fixed the refrigerator and took away the old parts and packaging of the new parts. Excellent service all around!

This company serviced my elderly parents' refrigerator/freezer. They were customer-oriented and very professional. Explained the repairs in detail. Once the part was ordered, they arrived and had it installed in no time flat. The day after, they even did a follow-up call. Kudos to the technician, Donaldo Muhmmad. Received a prompt date for my service. The technician, Fabio was early, knowledgeable and professional throughout his visit. He explained what I needed to do to prevent this from happening again.

The technician was absolutely superb. He took his time, and actually did his job. He went above and beyond to explain the use of the dryer, and what he did during his maintenance. I highly recommend!

A young man named Anthony came early to fix our washer.
He knew exactly what the problem was just by listening to it.
He fixed the issue in under an hour. It's been working fine ever since.

We had lost all hope of warranty companies and dreaded contacting one. They either find something that is not covered so they don't repair the product, or you have to jump through hoops to get any assistance. Best Servicers of America are AMAZING!!! They treated us with respect and kindness. They were always on top of the repair, even more than we were. Michael Giboyeaux was our technician, which was knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Not to mention he was quick. I wish there was a way to choose who gets to handle the claims of all appliances, because I would choose Best Servicers of America each time! Though I don't wish my appliances breakdown, I do wish it's with BSA that we get to work with again. Thank you Micheal, you are truly a gem!
