All I could say about Marc and his team is WOW! From the start of the 1st phone call till I picked up my Suburban…nothing but professionalism, honesty, great pricing and FAST service. My transmission was slipping, brought it to Marc and in less then 72 hours, my truck was back on on the road. He also makes sure his work 110% before and AFTER it leaves. He warranty’s his work for 1 year, and even stands behind his work with a courtesy recheck to make sure everything is perfect. I would give more stars if I could. The service could not be better, my truck runs as it did when I bought it. The price was great, the honesty is what really matters and the fact that I can take it back in a month for a free inspection. They were recommended to me by a mechanic that uses them. This was one of the best transactions I've had and I will recommend the Transmission Factory to everyone I know.

Marc was a pleasure to work with. I had some shifting issues that came up on my 2011 Tundra. However, it started shifting properly again before I brought it in but still wanted a professional to take a look. Marc was super honest and after he drove it he recommended not doing anything as it’s possible that something could have thrown the codes and caused a temporary shifting issue. He definitely could have charged me for his time and expertise but he told me it was no charge. TOP NOTCH !! I tell you I am very thankful for the professionalism, service, and results I got dealing with Marc he proved to be a real deal savant. He took a company van ( Ram promaster) in with bad transmission and had it out in a very timely manner efficient for business and running GREAT. I had a poor prior experience at a different shop and to put it bluntly saw a vast improvement dealing with transmission factory. Hats off and thanks again for taking care of my vehicle!

The owner of the Transmission Factory (Mark) is great to work with since he always goes out of his way for his customers. His team does quality work for a reasonable price. They replaced my Expedition's torque converter for half the price that the dealer was going to charge me. Hopefully I won't need it , but if I ever need anymore transmission work on my vehicles I will always go see Mark at the Transmission Factory.
