I brought my oldest with me Maverick 6 yrs old who loves riding motorcycles and he was so destroyed we couldn't get the bike but that's ok because Alex made him laugh cheering him up and letting him run around the store and he had a great time with maverick he is such a people person thank you again for helping find the bike I truly want and for the test drive it felt like a Rolls-Royce, now I know what I need to save for!! Last Sunday I was at Palm Beach Harley waiting for my bike. I was there early so the wait was on me. They were celebrating Halloween and it was an entertaining afternoon. Did an upgrade to a stage 2 on my 22 Fat Bob. The exhaust that I had ordered came in for a Fat Boy, not a Fat Bob. Was told that a different exhaust was available so I went for it. The parts department had everything that was needed. Thank you Nugget. Went with the cam for more tourqe and what a difference. This things a beast. Thank you, Chris, Scott, Dylan, Sue, and Faith for making this all work out. And a special thanks to Ryan who installed everything and did the tune. She looks, sounds, and runs amazing. Couldn't be happier with how things turned out.

1 of 16 HD dealers we visited on our vacation to Florida. This location was very helpful and welcoming. I got my poker chip, stickers, t-shirts and picture for my collection. I'll go back and will tell all my riding buddies to stop by.

Bought my new '23 Road King Special in early July. I worked with V, Stoggie, & Alan to get the best deal with my trade-in and financing. V helped me with with selecting a bike that suited my needs versus the most expensive bike that they were trying to offload like other dealerships do. I've been there a dozen times since and the friendliness and service is way better than most dealerships where once you roll off the showroom floor they couldn't care less if they ever see you again. I get phone calls & texts about upcoming events. Despite living closer to another H-D dealership, this is the one I will be going to from here on out.

I purchased my first Harley today from Palm Beach Harley and the whole experience was outstanding!! The salesman Brandon was great, he was very helpful and answered all of my questions and was not pushy. He went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable the entire time, and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. The rest of the staff was very friendly and even the finance guys were very straight forward and fair. Since it was my first Harley, they have a tradition where they play your favorite song on their loud speakers and have you ring a bell in the middle of the showroom. Although unexpected, it was a cool touch and definitely made the entire experience even more special. I highly recommend Palm Beach Harley to anyone looking for a bike. And would also recommend Brandon as the salesman. He made everything very easy.

Special Thanks to Shaun and to Scott as well as the entire service team that helped me and my best friend out. First of all o finally bought my dream bike while on vacation in Florida. Everyone in every department was excellent and very helpful. We trailered our bikes from Rhode Island and with my purchase we needed help to load one bike in the back of the truck. these guys moved out all the bikes to free up the lift and strapped the bike down safely. they were such a huge help as we wouldn’t have been able to get all three bikes home without them. Scott called me and followed up to make sure we were on the road safe. Everyone literally went above and beyond for us not to mention i am a very impatient person they did everything efficiently as well. I highly recommend them if you want 5 star service. great team of people. very friendly environment.

Largest selection of bikes in any shop I have ever been in, and that is many. Sales team and customer service were very friendly and made us feel right at home.

Schylar helped my husband and I buy our first Harley Davidson this past Sunday. She was so helpful and to say she is knowledgeable about the product she is selling is an extreme understatement. She and the other staff stayed late to help us through our buying journey. A couple honorable mentions to add: a big thanks to nugget for helping us order my rider seat and providing very insightful recommendations. We also cant wait to get back and see Robin about motor clothes! Alan was super awesome and helped us pick the best packages to fit our needs when signing paperwork.

Overall 5 stars is not enough to give this dealership. I am not the easiest person to sell, but the deal was amazing and even I couldn't say no.

I had my heart set on a street glide special, gunship grey. Unfortunately it was at the height of the shipping shortage. That specific bike was hard to come by. Derek kept looking and one random day I got a call that they had one coming in. A short time later he sent me a picture of what is now my bike fresh off the delivery truck still in the shipping material. That afternoon I sealed the deal on exactly the bike I wanted. Derek was wonderful and personable. 18K miles later I am even more in love with my bike! Thank you Derek!

Recently visited this dealership, as my husband and I are "browsing" for a new bike. Nice place and one of the best selections we've seen, so far.
