ZOE'S FAMILY RESTAURANT

I work close to Zoe’s so I will pop in for lunch sometimes!! The staff is always inviting and on point! We get excellent food and honestly I’ve never had a bad meat from here. Today I got grilled chicken (carnivore diet), Togo to bring back to eat with lunch. The chicken was juicy, tender and seasoned well!

Very family friendly. Staff is great! Food is them of the best country/ soul/ NC downhome cooking you can get in Winston Salem! I go everytime I come back home to visit family I reside in Tampa,FL. I can't get good food like that here.

We were introduced to Zoe's catfish a couple of months ago by my best friend. Since then we schedule our tasks around 4 PM on Friday so we can get out there to get our catfish. It is the best meal for the price and we are as senior citizens are able to have enough food for 2 meals. The call in folks are so nice and friendly and when I called in our order she actually said she had been waiting for my call since ours is the same and a little different as we ask for no plastic ware or packs of ketchup. I seldom eat out lately but we would not miss Zoe's Friday catfish.

The spaghetti dinner was awesome! The portion was so large it made lunch too. The side salad was also good & contained more than just lettuce.

I came here on 2/10/21 and 2/11/21 for lunch with a co worker. Other colleagues had so many wonderful things to say about this place and was eager to try it.

COVID: Masks/face covering is required. Staff were wearing them. Every other booth is closed for social distancing

Establishment: When you go inside, it gives off diner vibes. You can tell it’s homey. Inside there is about 4-5 booths available (due to COVID), plus countertop seating.

2/10/21 Experience: We came around 2:30pm. It was a late lunch and not very busy. The waitress for each visit was very friendly! We ordered onion rings as an app the first time. They came out so fast and they were HOT and delicious!! I ordered popcorn shrimp with double hush puppies (as I don’t eat slaw), and fries. Man, let me tell you. I wasn’t expecting so much food!! I had enough to take home. We didn’t even need the onion rings. My co worker got the catfish. I tried it and it was PERFECTLY cooked!! I mean, it was delicious!! The sweet tea that I got was great

2/11/21 Experience: We enjoyed the food SO much on 2/10, we came back again! This time, it was about 12:30pm and it was a bit busier. They had people waiting for take out, but thankfully, a booth was available for us. I got the fried chicken as it was on special for $8.95. You legit get a whole chicken (breast, thigh, leg, and wing) plus 2 sides, and a bread (cornbread, Texas toast, or roll). I got cornbread as my bread. My sides were cabbage and mashed potatoes. The food came out very quick! Maybe 5 mins and it was hot! My co worker got the chicken too, but got cabbage and Mac n cheese as a side and Texas toast.

Overall: I HIGHLY recommend. You will definitely get your money’s worth! Staff was very friends and the ambiance is great. This may be our new go to spot! I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu items! I know I want to see how their breakfast is!

I've lived in the Winston Salem area for the last 5 years, a good friend brought me here from some real home cook meal. I am so glad she did, I had the pork chops and she had the baked spaghetti. I wish I ordered the baked spaghetti, but I will today 🤷🏽‍♀🤦🏾‍♀. One word that I can describe the food DELICIOUS! Fast and friendly service.

Great food, friendly staff, and not over priced. You'll be happy you stopped and ready for your next lunch or dinner to go on your way home.

Today was the first time me and my family ever went here and O.M.G the foos was so good and the people there are awesome. We will be coming back soon. I highly recommend this place. Love you guy’s. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Zoe is very much a comfort diner the food is very warm and inviting just as much as the Staff. It can get busy from time to time but don't take that out on the restaurant it's just a testament to how truly great they are.

We love this place and eat here often. The food is great and the service is even better. Trish, Melissa and Dolly take really good care of their customers. For breakfast they have the best grits I've ever had that goes with the breakfast special.
For dinner they have variety of dishes that are tasty from grilled marinated chicken every day to fried chicken on Thursdays. We're so glad Zoe moved in to the the area- we needed a good restaurant in this neighborhood ❤

YUM... TASTY FOOD! Old diner/drive in vibe. Busy family friendly neighborhood restaurant. Goood food with generous portions, great service. and reasonable pricess. I had enough to take home for a couple of extra meals.

My first time going with my good friend we sha turned me on to it and the food was fabulous and a great price backed spaghetti with a salad 🥗 we had food left over I'm most definitely going back
