It was amazing Christine cut my hair and was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. Great deals and good clearance items for dirt cheap. Like 3 to 20 dollars. Awesome prices for some nice stuff. Mainly college items but others as well.

I needed clothes, and JCP has clothes on clearance. Pants that were regularly $75, on clearance for $22.49!! 3 pairs of pants and a dress shirt for less than $100! Great quality and style. I'll probably go back, lol.

Went back again and again. Honestly I thought that JCP was expensive to me. But after all the discounts made spending much easier for me. Love this double heart necklace.

Bought items for Christmas. Pleasant store to shop at.

Had a 50% off sale on dress pa to. Super comfy and sharp. Wrinkle free. I racked up got 6pairs.

Store was clean an didn't have many people. Prices were higher this shopping trip. So guessing everything went up. So if on a budget I would check clearance section first, sometimes there good deal in clearance. If not I normally go to other stores.

I found a beautiful dress for my daughter and it was really reasonably priced. Great sales on best quality!

Wonderful help. Went and bought items I wasnt planning on buying. The Helper was excellent and took time to listen to me as to what i was seeking. I wouldn't allow her to leave if she worked for me. She was beautiful. We need more beautiful people working so adamantly in Arkansas where i am from. Bless her.

Found what I was looking for .And at a good price . Hadn't been to this mall in a year & 1/2 .Due to the covid. I will definitely return, I had a real good time thanks to my hubby who pushed me around in my wheelchair. The people who helped us were so nice & helpful .They had a wonderful attitude.

I was in JC Penney to see Christine at the salon, she is a fabulous stylist who is brilliant in doing color and highlights. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially if you have stubborn gray hair. She's wonderful! I really can't say enough about her. The entire place is amazing.

Customer service person was helpful. Was able to find pants in the size my husband needed. He wears 38W X 29L and many stores do not carry this short size. Just wish stores would have sizes more visible so you don't have to dig through the stack so much.

I never realized how good jc penny's sales are until i got turned around in the store and got distracted by the leggings

I do all my clothes shopping here. Theirs a nice big and tall selection and the always have something new that I like. I also really like the selection of shoes. I was able to find the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned from here. 10/10 recomend to anyone looking to shop for a new wardrobe

Good quality things to shop for as always. Just not as much merchandise . However you can always order what you can't find in the store and have it delivered to the store for pick up or right to your home. Checkout was lengthy but it is Christmas shopping days.

JC Penney Hair Salon...love this place and love the service. They stay updated with the latest hairstyles and are very accommodating to your needs! Also have a large variety of hair products that work fantastic for most every style. Have been going here for over 1 1/2 years and don't plan on changing! Very happy😃👍
