I used "Brown Electrical Solutions" services this morning for a ceiling fan installation, and all I can say is WOW.
When I reached the office by phone, yesterday, I had the pleasure of talking to Edwina, who kindly arranged the appointment for today and gave me a very reasonable quote. Terence, the electrician came this morning to do the job, and I enjoyed very much not only the quality of his work, but also the kindness and enthusiasm of his personality. I enjoyed very much our interaction. I must say that Edwina and Terence are great assets for "Brown Electrical Solutions:", for which they are great representatives.
I highly recommend this company to anybody in need of electrical services. They truly run a First Class operation.

I found this company highly recommended on thumbtack and the ratings were right. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next, called me to confirm and then when Terence was here he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed some things on the spot and then took back other items to get estimates for me. What a great experience!

Fair price for a huge scope of work. Terrence, the electrician who also was our point of contact for the scope of work,professional,kind and works efficiently . Edwinna,who is the world's best office receptionist, has been in contact for appointments and squeezed me in for a last-minute appointment to get us started on the process.

The technician was friendly and was respectful of our condo’s strict rules. Technician patiently explained the problem in easy to understandable terms and possible solutions. He also offered to speak to my husband to explain the problem since he was away at work.

We had two ceiling fans installed on our patio and two exterior light fixtures put up by on either side of the garage door. The installers were on time and polite and they got the jobs done quickly. They cleaned up everything and took the old fans and fixtures away when they were finished. We would definitely use this company again.

I had some lights that weren’t working with the switch. They figured out the problem. Very reasonable price wise for the money did excellent work and did not leave the job until the job was finished highly recommend brown electric for any of your electrical needs.

Of all the pros referred to me, they were the only ones who actually called. They quoted me a very fair price to properly install 2 fan brackets and fans in two bedrooms. I was texted before they arrived and they arrived on time, took care to keep the rooms clean while they worked and left them as clean as they found them. I was impressed by how quickly he got the job done. Best of all, there's no wobble! :) I feel safe! I have some projects coming up and I will definitely look to hire Brown Electrical Solutions when it's time.

I had some outlets that needed to be fixed, and wanted some things installed as well. Christian was really polite and professional. He was really fast and everything was great. I’m really satisfied with the job they’ve done so far and I don’t see myself switching company anytime soon

I called several electricians to install two new ceiling fans with lights. Brown Electric responded very quickly and courteously with a quote that was much more reasonable than some high-ball estimates from other electricians. The Brown Electric electrician arrived promptly, was courteous and professional, and did a great job to install the fans. One fan needed to be installed on a vaulted ceiling and this was done perfectly. I will not hesitate to use Brown Electric again for future projects.

The team (Raphael and an assistant) from Brown were on time, thorough and completed the job to my standards, even after our wiring threw them a curveball. They not only installed our new outdoor fans and lights, they helped troubleshoot and repair the wiring so that everything worked properly. Also, when additional services were needed, and would cost more than what I was originally quoted (the wiring being messed with by a previous owner was an issue) they were very clear on how much it would cost and what they could do. I found their pricing fair, especially with the amount of additional work and time that was involved and not planned for in their initial quote. Nikki in the office was very kind and professional. I would absolutely recommend Brown Electrical and use them again.

Very happy with my experience! We had 5 fans installed in our home. Jason was polite, professional, and did a fantastic job. I will be calling them back when I need to install light fixtures in my kitchen.

When I say NOW I know why they have sooo many great reviews, I really know why they have so many great reviews.

I'm pretty new to the Riviera Beach area and I had been searching high and low to find a company to help me figure out why my electric water heater would nt work/ run hot water for too long.

Keena was great and spoke to me like a person, not like someone she was trying to sell their service to. When I spoke to one other person in particular and they
handled a concern that I had with such grace, that just confirmed everything and that's when I knew, ​these were people with core values and really cared about helping their customer's and solving their problem!

They had an electrician come out there, diagnose, solve and fix the problem all in about just 30 min or less which took multiple other contractor's/electricians way longer who weren't even really sure what the problem was, but wanted to charge me to do work they thought it might be, smh.

Brown Electric Solution was sent from an angel to us. Their prices are reasonable, they know what they're doing. I'm definetly going to see if they have any other services they provide so maybe they can be my 1 stop shop for other projects I need done around the house. I would Definitely recommend them. I really just wanted to express my gratitude with them because they really don't know how much we've been fighting this water heater issue and out of all the companies, they were the only ones to come out and solve the big mystery and fix it.
