Full disclosure: I initially purchased their vacation package but after a week decided I wanted to cancel. It just wasn't the type of vacation my family normally enjoys to take. The refund process was easy with minimal hassle. Read the fine print about needing to cancel within 30 days by phone call or letter!

I stayed at the Ocean View Vacation Villages in Biloxi August of this year with my family. Our units were very spacious and allowed us plenty of room for our family of nine. Both our units where fully stocked with plenty of towels and other necessaries to accommodate our stay for one week. Location of the resort was perfect! Walking distance to the beach allowed our active boys to fish every night with just a short walk across the street. Capital Resorts' staff was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding family fun activities to do in the surrounding areas. They had suggested taking an excursion to Ship Island - which we did and the experience was amazing. All our children said the excursion was their favorite part of the vacation. This was our first trip as a family and the experience Capital Resorts provided was unforgettable. Definitely will be exploring other Capital Resorts properties for all our future family vacations.

My wife and I stayed at the Ocean View Villas in Biloxi, Mississippi in early October. What a great town. Lots to do and see. A gorgeous beach. And the units we stayed in were huge 2 bedrooms with balcony views of the Gulf. The rooms were so spacious, we had our son, and his family with us and we hardly knew they were there. We definitely recommend the city and this great resort.

Capital Resorts is a wonderful company to work for!!! The company truly takes care of their employees. In addition, I took my family to stay at the Barefoot Suites and it was a fantastic resort to vacation. The resort was beautiful, the staff were extremely courteous and we felt as if we were well taken care of.

My husband and I booked our family reunion at the Capital Pigeon Forge Resort. It was wonderful! The accommodations were excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We loved having our morning coffee from the deck of our condo, what a spectacular view!

We recently stayed at Grand Crowne resorts in Branson, Mo. Our experience from check in was
5 star! The condo was a two bedroom. The condo was clean & had updated furnishings. The kitchen was wonderful, especially at breakfast. Was wonderful not having to get everyone "ready" first thing in the morning to get breakfast. Be sure to ask for building two as it has views of the golf course & a volcano...at a mini golf course!!

I stayed at 84 Main in Kennebunk last August (2014) with my family. The kids had an absolutely wonderful time sightseeing and playing on the various beaches in the area. We made the short trip north to Booth Bay Harbor where we took an amazing whale-watching cruise and saw dozens of whales up close. The food was fantastic, we went during Lobster Fest and had the opportunity to sample the local fare in a number of places. Portland is very close and had lots of great things to do as well. The scenery was also fantastic, we really enjoyed just driving around and experiencing New England as a family. Our accommodations were also very nice, the upfit to the resort units was very impressive and comfortable for my family of five (three kids) plus my mother. We will absolutely be going back as soon as we can!

Thank you so much to the people in Branson for going out of their way to show us around the resort by Silver Dollar city even though our reservations were at the resort in town. We loved our stay over veterans week and will be returning to Branson with our grandchildren next summer. Thank you Capital for making our vacations perfect.

The Capital Resort in Pigeon Forge is Amazing. Rustic cabin feel but upgrades everywhere. The bedding was as nicer than anything I had ever felt. Close to all of the activities in Pigeon Forge but still feels like you are getting away from it all.

Me and my family went on a vacation to Hollywood FL. For a week we had a wonderful time ,great Customer Service, the Resort was very nice and all of the Staff were very curious. I would travel with this Company again next year.

The room was beautiful. I especially love the big brass tub! The room was fully stocked with everything needed to cook with. The view was spectacular. The staff was warm and welcoming.

Great friendly staff. Clean property and great clean rooms. This company cares about my family and their safety. I defiantly recommend Capital Resorts to family and friends.
