Residence Inn by Marriott West Palm Beach

One of the BEST hotel staffs I’ve encountered in years! Cory and Julie up front were attentive, and the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well kept. Breakfast had a wide variety.

I had a lovely weekend here with my little family. Front desk employee Tashawn has a great attitude, I honestly came in cranky cause I was having a bad day but Tashawn's positive personality brought up my day. Plenty stores nearby, next to i95 and that suite was very comfy, homey and relaxing I definitely will return when in the area.

Stayed at a Residence Inn for the first time and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The staff was very friendly. I had late flight and got to the hotel past midnight but even the lady working that shift at the front desk had a smile on her face. Hot breakfast had good options. Bed was very comfortable as well. Definitely would stay here if I came back!

Exceptional service provided by the folks at the Residence Inn and Suites. Julie and Tashawn forgive my spelling, they are both beyond helpful and go beyond the call of duty to ensure your stay is Marriott consistent. If you come to West Palm Beach and aren't sure where to stay. This is a gem that really is located in access of anything and everything. They offered burgers one evening. The pool is clean and their standards are better than the other properties I have stayed at. Don't stay elsewhere.

We came to this location for a baseball tournament next to the hotel. The staff was very attentive and met all of our demands and requests. We had a few baseball team members that had different needs. One had a dog. one needed late check out. we all had a great time. Ta-shawn greeted us with hi personal flair. he was very nice. Julie was extremely friendly and made us feel home as we had to go back and forth from the parks to the hotel. Guillermo was always working/cleaning/setting up the food. What a hard worker. The lady at the breakfast did an amazing spread of food and watche dus eat with pride. Her name was Sandra, she just got a new SUV and loving life. She did a great job. We saw her do other things too, but not sure.

This would not have happened if our friend recommended us to call Arielle who put us all in our rooms at a fair price and length of stay. She seems like a very experienced sales person ( we didnt meet her in person) but she follows up and cared about our stay and we appreciate her and i can tell she likes her job. She is a gem.

Baskeball hoops and small badminton court or tennis court. great for kids. we used the pool and gym as well.

First visit to this newly remodeled Residence Inn in 3 years and the place looks great ! We haven't visited for a few years due to COVID, but returned this week and were pleasantly surprised. Great management team, great service. They have done a lot of remodeling and it looks great.

Very friendly lady on check in let us have the rooms 4 hours early. Very helpful as we had a lot of bags and 2 kids.
Very good breakfast selection.
Pool area is being renovated but looked clean.

I have been here for a 7 nights business trip and found it great! The hotel is new, super clean, Great Staff, nice room, good breakfast and a lot of amenities (tennis court, gym, pool, barcecue area with fireplace, basketball area). Super recommended!!!

Wonderful place to stay. Ignore any negative reviews. Very clean. Housekeeping is wonderful. Hotel is fully renovated and even smells brand new. All the staff are super helpful. Very professional and caring. More so than ritz carletons I have stayed at. I am staying here long term and that was a terrific decision to come to this Marriott. The suites are well designed. Kitchen fully equipped and all new and modern. There is no other long term residence in west palm that is comparable. Breakfast allows options and packaged in a enclosed bag for safety. All you need. They have a grilling area with a high end grill that is a big plus if staying for a prolonged time.
Hotel is close to I95. Takes no time to get wherever you need to go. Safe area to walk around. Would be a mistake to not put this hotel on top of your list. 5 out of 5. Excellent

Very clean & comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Pool was small and hit up not in operation, but I'd definitely stay there again!

Although the property is under construction and remodel, the rooms were nicely refreshed, clean and comfortable. Shawn at the front desk reminded me of a desk manager at a JW or Renaissance. Professional, helpful and made the experience all the better. First class service.

Our trip started out a mess. Basically being checked into a room that was already booked, then 2 more mistakes in the next 5 minutes. So why do I rate this hotel so well? I have more than 2000 nights at hotels lifetime. Mistakes happen all the time. I judge on how mistakes are handled. They were quick, professional and responsive. Even the next morning the GM immediately knew who we were and apologized. It was not needed but certainly showed they care about those who stay here.

This RI is in line with all the rest in terms of looks, cleanliness, etc. They had a food truck come by as their happy hour on Wednesday, never seen that before and I hope the trend continues. Staff was nice, room staff was prompt and on time. Even had a light bulb burn out and it was fixed quickly. We would certainly stay here again.

Arielle at the Residence Inn by Marriott West Palm Beach is absolutely amazing. We had a last-minute room block due to a celebration of life. She was understanding, efficient and followed up with all our needs. She was very easy to work with and took a lot of stress off our backs. She was very patient with us and accommodated all our updates. Let's just say she understood the assignment! Thank you so much Arielle!

Toooo start this hotel is waaay underrated especially for the price.everyone from the front desk receptionists to the managment and managers are wonderful. They are all friendly. They take covid 19 and sanitation very serious. And they have the fairest prices in town or the area in general. Sarah the director of sales is very bright and helpful. You can tell shes well organized and makes sure everyone passing thru the lobby wears there masks. If ever theres anything you need dont hestitate to ask her and she will answer with the frienly smile on her face....unless your not wearing your dust mask then she might get on your case "as you deserve to be scolded for that as i have messed that up multiple times. If you want an upscale hotel at a fair rate well this is it . Carmello the maintenance director is on any any you have immediately.great guy. Great staff. A+++++ hotel for middle rate prices. Want a 4 star experience with a 2 star budget sarah will take care of you...as long as you have your mask on lol. Great human beings here. Great atmosphere. Scared of hotels during covid 19 fear not this hotel is as clean as it gets.

After spending 2 months at Residence Inn I have to congratulate all the Marriott's staff for give us a warm, friendly and efficient service. A long term stay can tell about the quality of a service and this one exceeded our expectations. An especial gratitude for Mrs Justine and Mrs Gale for their nice attention
