I love it. Awesome staff and location. New furniture was AMAZING!!!

Great location, right on the beach and walking distance to a few good restaurants. The Mexican restaurant, Mi Hacienda, across the street was our favorite.
Pool was nice too, and multiple hot tubs is a nice touch.

Timeshare one and two bedroom kitchenette units ON THE GULF BEACH with swimming pool, two hot tubs, bbq’s and shuffleboard. Very well maintained. Catch bus across the street to St.John’s Pass or grocery store. Restaurants in walking distance. Small, boutique type - love it!

Love love love this place!! Staff is amazing. Anything you need, they are on it.

My compliments to the management! I am a local beekeeper, and I was contacted by the resort today because a small swarm of bees decided to move in. I was able to collect the bees and move them back to my apiary, which will keep them healthy, safe, and out of harm’s way. Many thanks to Barry for reaching out to a beekeeper instead of an exterminator. Somebody is getting some free honey this Christmas!!

The Mariner is a beautiful establishment with the friendliest staff. Jessica is amazing! UPDATE: My wife and I will be staying here this coming Saturday for our 20th Anniversary. I'm sure there will be more great things to say about this place!

AMAZING PLACE. This is my true home. My heart lives in room 115. I'm never truly happy when I'm not here. Bless. The only thing that was even remotely upsetting was that a lot of the older women and traditional customers here are very rude when assuming that children in the pools aren't supposed to be there. They will flat-out accuse you of being from the bon-aire and say you're "trespassing" even though you have a room key. That isn't the management's fault though.

Great beach, pool and access to the water. Friendly staff and people renting there. Parking a plus.

We go back every year. It is like a giant family reunion every year. The environment is so relaxing & peaceful. I count down the days till we get to come down. Best place on your the beach.

Best hidden vacation, most kids are back to school except for a few last week of August. Wife and I love our time share, and we look forward to every year

It is a very familiar place we spent a super quiet weekend, ideal to go with the whole family, the spacious rooms, the super located place, walking you can go to eat, and the incredible beach

We have three weeks, wish it was 30. It's our home away from home. From the helpful and enthusiastic staff. To the acomidating grounds keeepers, and the powder white sand. This resort is the gem of St. Pete''s Beach.

The Mariner Beach Club is a great resort. It is clean and neat and it is right on the beach. The Mariner is also by many great restaurants and stores. If you are ever in St.Pete beach Florida I suggest you stay at the Mariner Beach Club.

Loved this place, Berry was very helpful, not crowded at all even for spring break and St Patty's day. I would recommend staying if you want to be on the beach

The white sand beach, palm trees and great gathering spaces are the a perfect place to watch the sun slowly set on the gulf. It clean, quiet and active.
