Doormet: Gourmet Cafe, Delivery & Catering

Had a chance to grab a few takeout pizzas and I gotta say I'm a fan. Had some interesting menu choices. I had the Fumoso and Salsiccia Pizzas. Both were great.

On another visit we had the quinoa and kale bowl as well as a sandwich and the tomato bisque soup. Everything was excellent!

First time ordering from Doormet, won't be the last! Started with half Greek salad & half Spinach salad both were excellent. For entrees we had the Chicken Giacomo & the Shrimp Scampi again both were excellent. Finished up with a dozen assorted cookies and they were excellent too.

I LOVE THEIR PIZZAS!!! I've ordered several of them for delivery from UE and they're so delicious! If you're looking for standard NY or Chicago pizza, this is not for you. If you're looking for a unique, delicious, gourmet pizza, DEFINITELY try this!

Really great food, pizza is exactly what we would want, crispy and tasty base, lots of topping, great flavour balance.
Chicken Giacomo was both bigger and more expensive than I wanted or needed at $17. I would have preferred it smaller and at the $12 mark. It was good though, the beans were really tasty, plenty of goat cheese and crispy (but sadly fried) potatoes.
The dine-in experience is super casual and at odds with the higher price point. The menu is an elective mix of foods and I wonder if this will mean that it struggles to find a footing in the 600 block where there are so many other food outlets, most with more of an identity.
Finally, an appeal to display prices on the wall menus, that would help to set expectations.

I feel like I just had a religious experience. Get it while it lasts y’all. Hunter’s Schnitzel their Oktoberfest Special with spaetzle and mushroom gravy. If this is any indication of their abilities I am beyond, beyond, beyoooond impressed. Thank you for being in St Pete and thank you server for laughing at my dancing along with your softly played polka music. (Seriously faint, and fun Der Gemütlickheit!). Can’t say enough. Goooo heeere!

Delicious Italian sandwiches on home made focaccia bread. Highly recommend!

The only thing I’ve had there is the vegan cheese pizza, several times, and it’s actually pretty tasty. 🍕😊

Really good food and good service. Their grilled chicken club sandwich is one of the best grilled chicken sandwiches I've ever had!

Food is delicious I had the linguine a la rustica, it is super delicious and filling, also the staff of very friendly and the atmosphere is great! Def recommend!

I've been a Doormet customer since the Tampa location opened. Great food, great service. I got a rewards email that I was having trouble redeeming on the App at the St Pete location for delivery, and after sending a message to the contact on the website, they reached out to me by email and phone to correct the matter. The pie was included in my order, free, as the rewards email said. And everything was delicious. Really appreciate everything Doormet does, and I recommend them without question.

I ate here three times in one week when I first found Doormet, that's how delicious the food is. There is outside seating available and the menu offers very healthy and homemade comfort foods. Definitely recommend the pasta and pizzas!

I regularly order lunch and dinner from Doormet and highly recommend everything from the sandwiches to the chicken dishes. Their pizza is some of the best in town! Some of my favorite items are the Cali sandwich, chicken Francesca, meatball parm sandwich, and Brooklyn pizza. They have great monthly specials and their delivery drivers are always so friendly and efficient.

First time got 2 10" pizza's they were very very good. Loved it and even better my hubby loved it too-he is very hard to please. He had the Brooklyn minus the bacon with extra sausage no mushrooms. I had the Spartan with his mushrooms. Loved both. Will have to try some other menu items soon.

We had caprese salad, wings, chicken saltimboca and chicken Giacomo. All were so fresh and delicious. This was our first try and we will be ordering again and again. From the person who took our order to the friendly delivery person who took the time to tell us how amazing the pizzas are that we will try next time, Doormet is a class act and a tasty option to add to our delivery menu book. The wings were some of the best too!

We catered Doormet to our office for about 15 people. We did pizza and salad. Our staff usually prefers a white pizza and a cheese pizza so we ordered a variety: Athens, Salsiccia, BBQ chicken and plain cheese.

We received resounding feedback that the pizza was the best they've every had. The crust was soft, a little sweet and very tasty. The pizza was not greasy! And the flavors all worked well together - the favorite was Salsiccia!

Oh my gosh. I'll take pics next time but I recently decided to meet a colleague at the little cafe to eat verses uber eats or whatever and I as if I was ALREADY a huge fan of the food, I was even more impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment! And another shout out to the team there. Super nice group. So in conclusion, had pizza that day and a soup and club between the 2 of us. It was all AMAZING!

I had a salad and sandwich and can tell you that both were very tasty. I didn't expect it to be this nice, then saw Gourmet in their name, YES, that is what my meal experience was like. I will be back every week now (local resident). Thanks

My boyfriend and I order pizza here all the time as well as other sandwiches and salads from time to time. The pizza is consistently delicious and the delivery drivers are so nice and professional. This is our go to pizza delivery. So good!

My wife and I moved from South Tampa to St. Pete and we were excited to hear that Doormet moved as well. Just like the South Tampa location, the food is just as incredible. We love the Fumoso Pizza/House Wings/Tomato Bisque as our standard orders. Lots of deep, rich flavors that you wouldn't expect out of a fast casual dining experience. Make sure to check out the monthly new menu items (you can subscribe to their e-mail updates so you can salivate while you're on gmail)...they had a lobster roll a while back that I'm still thinking about haha.
