I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked in and was impressed with the layout. There were so many options and I was given a run down of the various teas in stock. I selected a lavender fog and enjoyed it outside in the shade with a friend. I would definitely return to this amazing tea shop.

Clerk was super knowledgeable and friendly, loose leaf tea was reasonably priced and had such a wide range of options it was impressive, and the drinks we ordered were delicious! Will definitely be returning and filling out our punch card!

I've been here many times. The tea specialists are absolutely lovely people with knowledgeable recommendations. The tea is quality. I have friends who meet together here every week.

From the warm greeting when you arrive to the delicious drink you depart with, this shop is such a lovely experience. They even give a discount if you bring in a reusable cup! I came in today, and was immediately helped by a smiling person who recommended a delicious drink and I can’t wait to come back and try something else ASAP.

We had the best experience during our visit! The employees let us smell SO many teas, and they were incredibly knowledgeable about each one (aromatics/flavor notes/origin/etc). I also tried the lavender fog iced while I was there and my husband got the apple chai tea and they were both delicious!! We loaded up on teas while we were there, but we can't wait to go back! We will definitely be ordering online in the meantime!

It was such a a joy to find TeBella when I was on vacation. What an amazing sensory experience to smell the different kinds of tea. The individual who assisted me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend trying the Earl Grey Creme if you like bergamot. It is fabulous.

I liked the tea I bought so much that I sent some as birthday gifts to my sister and my best friend. For my sister, I had to make an inquiry online regarding ingredients and found the individual who responded to be very helpful. My sister is very happy with her tea! Thank you TeBella!

I absolutely dig this tea shop. I have the best experience when this kind and sweet girl named Abby is present. So basically this is a thank you, Abby for making my day better :) and thank TeaBella for your amazing tea.

The best spot to enjoy a delicious drink while taking in the lovely atmosphere. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I love sampling the different teas when I'm feeling adventurous.

Everything about this place is wonderful. I love tea and people who love tea. I had a Lavender Fog Black Tea and I could literally live in the warmth of this daily. I had it with coconut milk and some honey. 10/10 will be back.

I’m a casual tea drinker, not an expert by any means. The employees were super helpful in helping me find a tea I would like! Ended up going with the Blackberry Jasmine green tea, and it was delicious. Fresh tea, fantastic employees. Definitely want to come back and try more

I have to say I'm really impressed with the customer service at this particular establishment. Great selection of teas, excellent hospitality and best of all great customer service. I would recommend anyone to try it out.

I went in looking to customize my own tea blend. Struggling with the symptoms associated with a ladies once a month I needed something heavy in hibiscus. The gentleman behind the counter was very patient with me and showed me several different complimentary blends to go with the hibiscus tea leaves. Below is a blend I ended up with and I couldn’t be more happy.
4.5 oz Hibiscus tea leaves
2oz of Blueberry Royale (black-current and blueberry with a mix of other fruity flavors)

Best tea shop in the area! Our go to for bulk tea and freshly made drinks. Always friendly and excellent service from Shannon, Cameron, and Joey. Previously located inside historic building with “we work type” offices. New retail location now has a few baked goods and local handmade chocolates. Nice selection of gifts and they do have their full tea assortment and menu here. Highly recommend their summer sparkling teas!

What a lovely place. Amazing tea. Huge selection. Kind, helpful staff. Every time I’m downtown I come here and I’ve never been disappointed. They have many herbal mixes too if you don’t like traditional teas. My favorite is Golden Monkey and my girl likes Banana Latte.

My favorite tea spot, wish they have smaller serving size also. $7 for a cup of tea is not affordable daily.

The lavender lemonade Earl Grey is amazing!

Tea steeped to perfection! Had their Peach white tea, packed with refreshing flavor. The interior is cozy and vibrant. Interesting wide selection of teas.

Everyone who works here is as sweet as can be! They let you smell the teas before you try aswell. I highly recommend the banana bread fog.

The teas are Amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and can help you find something you will enjoy. Try the ruby red!!
