Armando's food is amazing! We've done take out on several occasions and we've always had a great experience. We've had the Pollo a la Parrilla with black beans and yellow rice, Arroz con Pollo, Paella Valenciana, Salmon Burrito, and Queso Dip, and the Fish Cubano. The food is always very well seasoned with great portions. The service for taking orders and picking up takeout is also great. We've never dined in but it's always a full house whenever we go to pick up our food.

Such a fun place. Both empanada & paella were tasty. Usually, their services and food are evenly good.

Love coming to Armando’s for dinner. It’s a favorite of some friends of mine. I’ve loved every dish I’ve tried so far, from the paella de mariscos to the fajitas, the mahi mahi, and more. Food is flavorful and service is good. What more could you ask for?

A great place for a family dinner. If we lived in Georgia this would be on our regular rotation. Arroz con pollo and paella were amazing, and everyone enjoyed their meal.

We’ve been dining at Armando’s for over ten years. In those ten+ years, the food has been consistently delicious, the service has been consistently friendly and the cleanliness has been consistently great. We have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and regular hang-out with friends at Armando’s. It is definitely on our top ten favorite restaurants in Atlanta metro. My favorite dish is the salmon burrito.

Great food. Great drinks. Wonderful atmosphere.

Update: I've bene coming here for a while and the food and service has consistently gotten better. Mario is one of the best we have encountered. He even remembers our order when we come. We have a 1 year old and he makes sure we have a great time any time we get away or we bring the little one with us. Best half chicken you can find on the areas. Boiled yuca is amazing. Top 3 mojitos in Atlanta area! The lobster tacos are also amazing.

This would be a 5 star review if the service wasnt slow. The food was amazing as was the venue. I will definitely return.

This place is truly a gem. I was surprised with the flavors of the food starting with the calamari sauce having strong ginger presence. Also, the tacos were unordinary having some type of a tzazicki sauce inside. The seafood dish with the Cuban bread left me speechless.. I will definitely go back!

They have the best Cuban sandwiches in Atlanta! There are several to choose from and they are all amazing especially the fish Cuban! The tacos are also great! The fish tacos are a 10 out of 10! All the other entries are great also such as the burritos and quesadillas! They have the best salsa and ships! The guacamole is also really good! Highly recommend! Definitely worth the drive from anywhere around Atlanta!

We have been coming to Armando's for years. It is one of our very favorite spots--so much so that we had our wedding rehearsal dinner here, our child's first birthday party, and numerous other celebrations. The food is consistently fresh & high quality.

The yuca fried was plentiful and delicious. I am not a big fan of the ketchup-mayo dipping sauce it comes with, but another person at the table liked it. The empanadas were tasty and high quality shredded beef inside. The Don Julio margarita I had was strong but not my favorite tbh.
The prices here are generally more expensive than going to Papi's Cuban, but Armandos is the only place like this around for a 20 minute drive.

This was our first time and we decided to splurge for delivery. We ordered the salmon burrito, the chicken cuban sandwich and some toastones and steak with scrumptious sauce. This was a fantastic meal, full of flavors and textures and hot! We will be dining here soon!
Thanks for a delicious and satisfying meal 😋

Update: The paella is still an amazing dish here, this time we got paella de mariscos. Same perfectly executed rice, seafood, and flavor.

Molcajete was unbelievable. I am in love. No, really, you need to try this. It's not on the menu, you have to ask for it. Chorizo, steak, shrimp, cactus leaf, grilled queso, poblano, onion, peppers, with rice and black beans on the side and flour tortillas. Served in a screaming hot volcanic rock bowl so it is still boiling when it gets to the table.

Others in our party had Bistec a la Parrilla, Quesadillas, and Tacos. The attention to the plates is great, no matter the dish!

Swing by and check Armando's Caribe out! Maybe even say hello to Armando! (After all, he is a real person!)

‐------------------------------------------------------------------------Our first visit will not be our last.

Paella is one of those dishes that can be open to interpretation by region and Armando's Caribe has two. We got the Paella Valencia and it was great! One of the things I do not like of many paella is when the rice is done more like a risotto, but this had some tooth to it that was very satisfying.

Cazuela de Mariscos here rivals one of my favorite dishes, Pollo a lo Macho at Mifflin's House. The Cazuela de Mariscos seasoning was well balanced, the seafood was added to the dish at the appropriate times to not be overcooked, and if there were any mussels that didn't open, they were NOT on my plate! Bravo! (Sorry, being brought a plate with unopened mussels, clams, etc annoys me greatly) The loaf of Cuban bread was warm and perfect for sopping up the broth in the skillet.

Lobster tacos were very tasty, no rubbery lobster here! A good plate with rice and beans.

Fajitas... our party had two different styles, all of it great! And if you are wondering about size, they were big enough to split. Of course, all the fajita goodness you expect, but with an eye and care for presentation to draw you in.

Speaking of big enough to split, the Cuban sandwich is that as well. With sides and the appetizers earlier, nobody was leaving hungry.

Armando stopped by for a couple words, he is also a VW guy! He has opened a Taqueria in what was the Sonic... just a short walk across the parking lot from Armando's Caribe... hmmmm...

Dinner last night at Armando’s Caribe in Duluth, GA

Highs:
Open 7 days a week-most independents are not
Lively crowd when we arrived-two dining areas
Our server, Maury was Excellent!
Teamwork really works in this place-everyone was on the go
Prices were very reasonable-none of our items were over $20
Entrees were all said to be very good (mine is pictured)
This restaurant also has Cuban entrees although we went with Mexican items

Lows:
The noise level in the dining room where the bar is located is high but then it’s Saturday night

Would I come back: YES, if in that area of Duluth and looking for a fun place to eat

The food here is amazing! How did I miss this gem?! I’m having the asada burrito from their takeout menu for lunch right now, and it is delectable! The meat was well seasoned and tender, and the burrito has just a hint of spice that is simply delicious!

Wow! What a surprise! We just were driving by and decided to give Armando’s a try. We started with the tostones, they were amazing! Best tostones I’ve had! We had the fish tacos and carnitas. Best we have had in the area! Staff was friendly, and the restaurant is beautiful and clean. Can’t wait to try their taqueria Nextdoor too!

I don't know what sort of sorcery that the kitchen has access to, but their paella valenciana is magical! Seasoned to perfection and served in a large cast iron skillet, it is a must-have.

Excelente! We had the paella valenciana for two. Delicious! Calamari and shrimp were so fresh. Chicken had a delicious taste. Chorizo were thinly sliced so they got a little lost. Thicker slices would be better. But just like Southern Spain. Thought it would be a wait so we ordered the cheese dip with jalapeños. Yum! Definitely will come back. Would like to try their taqueria just across. Staff was incredibly pleasant!

Ceviche is a strange dish, so simple and easy, frustratingly easy, which possibly explains why so many people mess it up. Not here, the ceviche was superb, fresh, not fishy, tart but a great balance from the fruit and theonion.
The empenadas were also excellent, real beef, not hamburger meat too. I can't remember the last time I was this excited to go back to a restaurant.
