Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Center

Thank you for the great customer service PATRICIA. She greeted us while in the middle of the store while she was stocking the shelves. Then later she checked us out.

It was clean around the showroom floor. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The added new items by the checkout counter was cool. From snacks to phone chargers and more.

Wow; what a treat it was, visiting this particular Goodwill Thrift Store. The place was extremely clean and beautiful. I was greeted by the Cashier on my way in and she thanked me after my patronage. The merchandise was perfectly arranged, even giving me the impression of a very "High-end" Store.

The manager is SO nice there, I think his name is “Q”, he is so nice & helpful and you can tell takes a lot of pride in his store. Over all this is by far the BEST goodwill to go too. I’ve found some of the best “finds” here and the staff & the way this store is ran …. it by far succeeds any goodwill around it. The store manager really knows what he’s doing, he keeps a friendly staff & welcoming environment. If I could give 20 stars i would, thank you goodwill!

Oh and to address some of the issues with the guys in the back….. from my experience they really are helpful, you just have to treat them with the same respect you expect & communicate with them…. I can say from my own interaction I’ve had with them, has been a pleasant one & they’ve actually helped me load and unload my car dozens of times and have always been super patient and more than willing to help me. Thank you boys in the back!!

While this store does still overprice things like other goodwill, they are much better about it and keep it to a minimum comparatively. Also this store does .99cent Mondays for the color tag from last which is really awesome. They don't price gauge items as ridiculously as other goodwills and they have a large selection of goods. The staff is attentive and pretty kind as well.

This is the better location in the duluth area! They have great furniture and super organized.

They have a wide variety of items that are used and at a reasonable price. The store is well kept and staff are helpful.

Very nice location for drop offs of clothing and other items. They give you a recipe for tax purposes and you don’t have to get out of the car either. Very polite staff as well.

I was visiting family here and we went to this goodwill store. I was amazed. What a difference from any goodwill I had ever been to before. It was clean, well organized, well stocked and had very reasonable prices. The staff was so helpful and courteous. I will definitely put this on my agenda when visiting again. Thank you!

I travel from Alpharetta just to go to this Goodwill! The staff is friendly, the store is clean and organized and I always find treasures! It is clear that everyone who works here takes pride in the store. I often see the staff creating beautiful displays in the home section. Not just dumping items on a shelf like in some other places, but actually taking time to display the items making it visually appealing and creating a lovely shopping experience. They also display an outfit, shoes and sometimes a purse on end caps in the clothing section. Little thing....big impact! Best shoe section, it is neat and organized. The Manager, Quinton, is so helpful, extremely nice and just a pleasure to deal with. He cares about this store and it shows. I love shopping at this Goodwill! Thank you!

It's a treasure hunt everytime. I have found the best bargains at my local Goodwill stores. You just never know what you will find. Frank does such a great job. This store is so clean. Very nice people.

You can buy what you find at a Goodwill store. You just have to be there at the right time. I always find a deal. I saw a lot of good stuff that just wasn't for me. The store is neat and clean.

I had a good experience dropping off my donations. I arrived on Saturday evening and was greeted by Richard. He was very personable and friendly. He even acknowledged my friend who was in the passenger seat. I was impressed. Jackson was nice and assisted in collecting the rest of my donations. It’s nice to have bee helped friendly employees.

I’ve been thrifting in Georgia since I moved here 2 years ago. For me, this is the best run store. Staff actually enjoy their work and are helpful and friendly. Not sure who hires managers for Goodwills, but this one is well managed. The story on 20 closest to Sugar Hill is in DIRE need of a manager. I watched the YouTube video on working at a Goodwill and had to laugh when I thought about that store. I pulled up to make a donation and a staff person was leaning against the brick wall having a smoke and looking at her phone. Another one inside just looked at me and walked in a different direction. I got out of my vehicle, broken glass all over the ground (and bits of garbage was all along the path to the entrance to the store), unloaded my bags on the cart and still no one came out.
The staff inside is better but the shelves are usually a wreck. There are a few good workers that will go out there way for you, but something tells me they are begging for help.

Manager is great today it was out first time there to this store and was very impressed. The price that work there are extremely friendly and helpful. Our goodwill in Roswell holcomb bridge has gotten so greedy they pull all ki dua if good stuff and it's on pallets you can see thru the doors when the employees come out. It's pallets wrapped in ack so.you cannot see what is on them. It's really sad they take good things the community donates in there area to the people in their area and these greedy people take what they want to sell on ebay in one of two e commerce facilities between texas and virginia opened around a year ago

Quinton was so helpful, the even loaded our dresser for us. This was by far the cleanest Goodwill store I have ever been to, 10 out of 10 recommend.

I like this Goodwill- Only 2 years old, clean, nice and organized, plenty of room, nice manager..I just wish I knew before about Tuesdays 25% off for 55 and up, Monday 99 cent day, etc.

Great availability and organized store.

Clean. Organized pretty well. Employees were very nice even when we pulled up to the register 3 mi s to close with an overflowing buggy.
