Armando's Taqueria

Came down to Duluth from Tennessee and I came across this little taqueria in Duluth. The tacos were so good. The salsas had the right amount of spice and the location was cute. Service was quick and I got to enjoy this delicious food in their outside seating area. If I’m ever back in Duluth, i will be sure to come here again.

Went to Armando's Taquería with my husband right after leaving another very bad mexican place in Lawrenceville. The Taquería was very clean; tables, floors and surfaces. The food was good. Some dishes were a bit on the bland side, but we loved everything we ordered! The green pozole was great! Full of corn and tasty! The crispy asada tacos were delicious.
They have a nice outside seating area and a good atmosphere. Service was excellent.
Music was at a nice volume and appropriate for all public. The restrooms were clean as well. Plenty of parking spaces and wheelchair accessible.

On the way home to Charlotte, I looked up restaurants on the internet. Armando's Caribe came up. Not what we wanted, so low and behold Armando's Taqueria popped up. Decided we would give it a try. Checked the menu out while driving to save time ordering.
Husband ordered 4 tacos de Campachanos. He said the meat had good flavor but the tortillas were cold. He would have preferred homemade but he is spoiled with mine. Me, I am always reluctant to order one of my favorite foods, which is Menudo. In most restaurants Normally the base taste watered down with no flavor or the panza taste like they either didn't cook it enough or they didn't clean it enough. The young lady Fernanda said she tasted the Menudo for the 1st time this morning and it was really good. So, I took her word and ordered it. I was very surprised, it was very good. Pig feet were over cooked but the panza was on point. The flavor was the best I have had in a restaurant in a long time. The only other 2 faults were, the tortillas were a lil cold and the store bought flavor showed through. The other is that you had no Chili de arbols dorados. I liked your Menudo so much, while getting gas to head back to Charlotte, I called and placed a pick up order for a bowl to take home. Returned and as I am writting this review am sipping on my Menudo that was supposed to be for my lunch tomorrow. 🙃 🤦‍♀

I haven’t even left the restaurant and just had to leave this review! The flautas were simply THE best I’ve had yet! The green salsa was an amazing addition and the cashier lady was SO kind. I love it here & definitely recommend!

Fabulous food. Fresh ingredients, great variety from street tacos, street corn, tostadas, prizole, tamales, and so much more. Service always courtious and quick. I love the festive atmosphere. Great Mexican food I always have to stop by when I'm in Duluth!

Tacos were pretty good here! Priced at $2.69 per taco; their lengua was very delicious and juicy. They also serve tamales, burritos, tortas, gorditas, chilaquiles, elotes, and sopas! Loved the interior vibe, place was kept clean and service was friendly.

Good price and good food.

By far this one of my favorite mexican/latino places. The food was amazing and it had a original taste to it. I ask for a burrito which was definitely a 10. Now customer service was awesome friendly staff. And the price was just right, and the restaurant has this good vibe to it that makes you want to stay. So for the first time I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

The street tacos were really good, I'll be ordering them again when I'm in the area. Talking to the people at QT and at Alex Automotive also recommended them too, word of mouth pays for good food!

Super convenient lunch spot. Quick and polite servic. Food is fresh and delicious. It was our first time and the lady who took my order was patient and offered great suggestions.

Delicious tacos, elotes, and gorditas! Not only is this place delicious the landscaping outside is so pretty. If the weather is nice we always opt to eat outside on the patio with the beautiful landscaping. Feels like we are on vacation 🤩

I love it here so much. As a gringo my favorite are the street tacos. The lengua is the best hands down. I want to live here.

Best Tacos around period… Always crave this after I go out kayaking. The best!! Everything on the menu is equally good, specially their burritos.

Taco booth atmosphere with outside and inside seating. Nothing fancy, just a quick place to grab a bite. During lunch there are many native construction workers enjoying a well priced meal, that is when you know you are eating well. I usually get the taco Barbaccoa, fills me up and only costs $4. Nothing on their menu is more than $11. I wish we had a place like tjis when I was in High School, it could be a great hangout. If you want something faancy, go next door to their parent restaurant, local family favorite, Armandos Caribe.

Could be more efficient. Overall, great food, convenient drive through and online ordering services. Affordable price. Last star is for efficiency.

I stop by I order a menudo soup which it was really good I could say the best menudo I have ever try at a restaurant I wanted tacos but I didn't get it so that will be for next time 😁 saying that my experience here was good.

I never knew this place existed! They have a great menu all the items we ordered were extremely tasty! Will be back, a great go to and definitely a must try!!
