Although it was past the return date for some earrings I had previously purchased, I am thankful that the sales associate tried to help me resolve the issue which was the reason for return. Although the earrings were nice, the backs were very thin. The bent when I tried to remove the tag. The associate attempted to find replacement backs to help me out. Although she could find the right size, I appreciate her looking.
