Great food

I needed to eat something gluten-free (intolerance), but all those places are AFTER going through security, and I wasn’t a passenger this time. I decided to take a chance with this place and got brown rice (white wasn’t available at the moment), bourbon chicken, and vegetables. My meal was quite pleasant actually, with no adverse reaction and not too greasy for me. The only things I was disappointed with: no Oriental chef, and the cashier/server’s slight attitude.

I can certainly understand the one-star ratings by others, but this was just my personal experience with this place. I had no problem with the food.

The noodles and orange chicken were tasty.

The orange chicken tastes NOTHING like orange chicken, fairly tasteless. Brown rice was good though.

The rice is super dry and seems overcooked. The beef stir fry is okay. The customer service was great though

I got some wings and fried rice. I originally wanted chicken fried rice but she said the grill was not on. The wings tasted good but the rice was the worse fried rice I have had. It tasted like food someone made at home. Also, the rice was over cooked, they need to invest in a rice cooker. The wings were good. The container got all wet from condensation and was difficult to carry. They got the cheapest biodegradable containers and it shows. Lastly, They acted as if I wasn't standing there waiting to order. One lady came up and said "she will take your order" why was she just standing there then? I should have looked at reviews. I wont't make the mistake again.

Poor customer service and food was very low quality. They forgot to put shrimp in my dish, not worth the $8 I paid for the meal.

Literally the worse Asian food I have ever had. It said it was Japanese but the menu was all chinese and the chicken.... try to imagine you buy yourself some boneless chicken breasts. You bring them home and trim away the vein in the middle and the fatty bits. Then imagine THATS the part you decide to keep for your meal. Now you know the quality of the meat they use. Terrible even for airport food.

Hope you read this before you purchase.. I didnt read reviews and ended up with disgusting food, terrible attitude from the cook. The sign says "made to order meals" and the cook did not want to cook the teriyaki, another lady cooked. End result: white tasteless chicken at the top and a brown watery teriyaki flavored liquid at the bottom of the container. Do not eat from here.

Stay hungry but don't eat here. Terrible food terrible service. They have a good photos of the meal that they don't cook.

The ladies were nice, but... the food, oh my gosh. So bad. We got two orders of noodles with tofu and something was very wrong with the food. The veggies had gone rotten or something, we opened the lids and were hit in the face with the most awful sour smell. Couldn’t eat it at all.

Terrible experience. I walked up to the cashier to get one of the made-to-order meals that they advertise on their menu, and after not being acknowledged for a while, the lady just stared at me for several seconds before very quietly, almost incomprehensively, saying that they don’t do the made to order meals. Then I asked for one of the meals that they have pre-prepared. She slowly walked over to what I asked for and stared at it for a bit before again saying she doesn’t have any more of that, way too quietly and apathetically. I just decided to leave without ordering anything at that point. Very confusing.

When ordering food your given a recycled plate with a lid that doesn't hold your food. The dampness from the food tear straight thru the plate and you waste your money because the paper from the plate and the plastic bag your carrying your food in is mixed together. When I asked for the hard plastic plate they had behind tge counter, because of what I experienced on my last visit. I was told NO you can't have those plates. Well you've lost yet another customer due to those horrible cheap plates. I spent my money elsewhere, and will continue to do so. POOR customer service and ghetto attitudes.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered mixed vegetables with rice. The cashier communicated the order to the cook (young black girl with glasses) in the back who then rolled her eyes. After receiving cabbage lettuce on cold white rice and asking politely about the additional vegetables, I was met by an employee/cook who was rude and did not offer any solution. Not pleased.
