Lynn helped me and my family plan a two week long trip to Europe. We knew we wanted a specific cruise, and wanted to spend extra days on the front and back end. She was SO helpful and knowledgeable in helping us decide where to stay, what to see where, and what to expect, as we never have been to Europe. She was knowledgable, reponded propmtly, and answered all of our many questions.
On our trip, literally everything was perfect. Hotels booked with no issues in the BEST locations, amazing tours at each location, transport was on time and seamless, everything was SO smooth and exceeded our expectations, we were absolutely amazed. I'm so glad we chose her to help us plan our trip!

Lynn helped us plan our first ever trip to Europe (October 2023). We saw a cruise we wanted to take (Mediterranean) and though that was all we knew. So we worked with Lynn to book the cruise, days before the cruise in Rome, Italy and then days after the cruise in Athens, Greece and Santorini. She coordinated all the details for us - from a food tour in Greece she recommended (which was a highlight of the trip) to transfers to and from the cruise ship, and more!! What I loved about Lynn is you could do as much or as little in the planning process - she allowed for us to be strong willed and super opinionated on some things and totally hands off on others. She listened to what we wanted and let me tell you about this trip. WE HAD ZERO issues. It was SMOOTH SAILING and PERFECTION - and we were gone for over 2 weeks (our first time ever going this far from home). Now, we travel a lot. Domestically and also Caribbean, but never Europe and I could cry thinking about how perfect the house in Santorini was that Lynn found or the location of our hotel in Rome (right by the Trevvi). This trip was not only memorable and a trip of a lifetime, it changed us. It opened our eyes to more of the world and reminded us how blessed we are to have these opportunities. Lynn was so super helpful, and honest! Trying to book a cruise with two 18-yo and keeping it a secret was challenging. Picking the right ship, going to the right places, doing the funnest excursions; she was there to help guide us at anytime! She kept tabs on us to make sure we were all set and had everything we needed. Dealing with Lynn and Travel by Hutch was perfect in every way. We cruised with Royal Caribbean last week, and the ship and itinerary she suggested was great. Lynn booked our couples cruise recently on the Celebrity Edge sailing 2021 Dec 12-19. She was able to book our Sky Suite in the Retreat with an excellent package and at a great value. It was just what we needed as we had a rather narrow time frame and requirements. We will be booking our next cruise with Lynn as well. She was very knowledgeable about the offers and this particular cruise and most importantly responsive via email, text, phone, etc...

Lynn booked all of our travel arrangements for our NCL cruise this July and we had an awesome experience with her and on our cruise! She made sure to customize our package with all of the things we wanted to do, gave great advice about excursions and was very attentive to some of our specific needs. If I ever had a question, she got the answer quickly and she took extra steps to be sure we had information about documents we needed, our access to the app with NCL and came to our home to help us perform the COVID tests.
