Did not get what we ordered. I ordered 4 chicken legs and got only 3. I called the manager I told her we only got 3.She asked if I was for sure 2 times I told her that it's not that hard to count. I only had 3 chicken legs. The price was $8.52 for 3 legs. I want be back!!!!

This place is always busy and has the best tasting chicken fingers in town 😋. It's always clean inside and plenty of places to sit in a clean, cool area. Good 👍 food at a decent price 😄.

I had the double bacon cheese burger, fries, and Diet Coke, it was yummy. I'm not going to say it's the best burger I've ever had, but it's one of the best fast food chain burgers out there.

Drive-through Fast, Friendly and Accurate. Answered my questions about Available Selections, making my Choice easy. My burger (Little Jack) and fries were hot and fresh (very tasty), and my drink was just as I requested.

The kids chicken fingers come with three fingers, fries, dessert, and a drink. My kid could not finish. I had the grilled chicken salad with out croutons. I had ranch and asked for a cup of buffalo sauce. They didn't charge me for it either. The chicken was hot and fresh for both of us. We shared a drink and the sweet tea was perfect.

Our food was fine, the store was super clean, but the service sucked. The girl taking orders would take an order, then go get it ready for the customer, then take another order and so on and so on. Took us 20 minutes to get waited on. Now that they have a full staff again, i can raise them to 5 stars. My wife and i really enjoy their bacon biscuits. Mine is the best cause i get double bacon on mine.

I always get the chicken tenders and dip them in the comeback sauce!

Almost always have we gone through the drive through, and almost always do we get the salads or breakfast. Love, love, LOVE the daily made Ranch Dressing! For us, Jack's is a great place for meals on the go!

Jacks is a pretty good fast food restaurant. I love their breakfast, chicken, and French fries. Friendly service too. I don’t like leaving horrible reviews because I believe in growth and working on things. I wanted to let you know it’s 28 degrees outside and I just got served freezing cold coffee. As always just double check food before it goes out and keep up the good work. Thank you!

This place has great chicken, and great biscuits. That means this place is pretty much salt heaven to a lot of people. Expect a clean dining area and delicious food. My only complaint would have to be the shrinking portions that has been a trend throughout all fast food lately.

Their chicken is awesome! Great with the mashed potatoes and green beans! Food always hot and fresh...service can be a hit or miss for speed and friendliness but usually good when the store manager or the tall guy who wears glasses are in charge. They run a good shift and the employees are on top of their duties with them present!

The big box of chicken was great. I even ordered all dark and the staff had to cook more to fill my order which they did pretty fast too.

I just wrote a bad review for the Bowdon location and I felt bad that I hadn't written a review for this one. What can I say, the food was always fresh, the staff was always super nice and knew me by name. I didn't even have to order, they'd just say, "you want the regular today Ben?" I don't know if the lady that drove the white jeep was the owner, but she was super nice and worked along side her staff every time I was in there. Even the cleaning lady was nice and would always say hi. Never had a bad meal, the place was always clean, and I always came back for that, until I changed jobs. It would be very difficult to find a better Jack's than this one. Thank you all for the great food while I was there!

Best fried chicken and green beans I think I have ever had from a restaurant. Seriously tasted fresh. Second time I have been there, both times very good. Good customer service. Unusual for today.

This is a nice change from the regular fast food places. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I grew up eating the crinkle fries that mom would get at the grocery store, so the crinkle fries here are a great childhood memory.

Love their fried chicken. I can only eat fried chicken at 2 places in town. The other is KFC. I am allergic to shellfish so I can't eat chicken if it has been fried with shellfish.
