McCook's Pharmacy

Mother of two here, twin boys, who were recently really sick and needed their breathing treatment medicine. My original pharmacy has been CVS for years, but came to an end whenever they were out of stock of the sodium chloride and didn’t even attempt to reach out to their sister pharmacies in other counties to help. I was told “we’re out of stock, can’t get it, sorry” and was at a loss because my 4 month old preemie twins were having trouble breathing. I called McCook’s and the lady assured me they had the sodium chloride, took my information to go ahead and process, called CVS for the medicine to be transferred, and called me back all within 5 MINUTES! Love this pharmacy and will be my chosen pharmacy from here on out.

This afternoon I got stuck in road work traffic. I called the pharmacy to let someone know that I was almost there to pick up my medication. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. I arrive just in time to pick up my medication and noticed that one of my main prescriptions wasn’t in the bag. This amazing staff and Pharmacist took five extra minutes out of their time to make sure that I received my medication. If they were frustrated because it was after business hours I couldn’t tell. I’ve been a customer of there for years and the customer service has always been great, but it was EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT!!!

This place is phenomenal. I am a new customer and will be for life. I can not speak against any other pharmacy but I can tell you the staff and service from this pharmacy is the best I've ever experienced. Each visit through the drive through is completed within 1 minute. Yes 1 minute. I even time the cars in front of me. Each them less than 1 minute. Great service. You guys have made a not so fun monthly trip very enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

They were great until I spoke to a female pharmacist. She was just rude. Interrupted me, and had a tone like she was talking to an idiot. Very snappy attitude. Also when I called, I had to explain what I was calling for 3 times. Transferred to pharmacy twice. One attitude can ruin a business.

McCook’s Pharmacy always helps coordinate with my doctor’s office to get my prescription sent over. They are willing to do whatever they can to help get the prescription I need filled! I love the text option and ability to wait in the parking lot instead of waiting in line when it’s busy! Great pharmacy!!

My family has used McCooks Pharmacy for years now, and the staff are always extremely helpful. At times, they have gone out of their way to help me personally.

Very nice and professional people. I went yesterday to get some medicine for my sick kid. The pharmacist could have sold me something for the sake of making a sale but he suggested that I call his doctor instead of just giving him medicine. And it turns out that he has An ear ache so the medicine would not have worked for him. Thank you so much McCook. My son is feeling much better today, and you will forever be my pharmacy. ❤

Everyone employee I have interacted with at Mc Cook's has been courteous and helpful. Fast service. I moved all off my prescriptions here. So far all have been less expensive.
The one thing lacking is I don't always get a notification when my prescription is ready. That's not a big concern to me. Just a quick call or drop by. They are usually all ready.

I love the way I have been treated the 2 times I have been in McCooks Pharmacy! Wonderful friendly service, but they go beyond just being nice! They are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you make decisions that are right for you and your family! This will be my preferred pharmacy from now on!

I needed a medication that cost anywhere between $240 and $360 at the big name pharmacies. Those pharmacies kept changing the price on me, telling me there was no generic, even though I knew there was.

My doctor recommended McCooks, and I got the medication I needed for $95.

The inside of the Pharmacy is set up efficiently, service was fast and friendly, and they even have a drive through.

This may look like a small pharmacy, but I'm highly recommending it from now on to anyone who lives in the Statesboro area. Keep up the good work, McCooks!

We love using McCook Pharmacy! We're treated like family and called by name when we walk in. The owners and staff are not only friendly but really care and are extremely knowledgeable.

This pharmacy is on the opposite side of town from me but they had what my son needed in stock. Even though they were very busy all of the employees smiled and were very polite and took the time to answer my questions and concerns.

Why would anyone go anywhere else , you are greeted by name , personal service , your order is ready in minutes ! The best pharmacy in Statesboro ! Love y'all !
