Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went to this location for lunch and they didn't have my order and realized I placed my order at the wrong location and had to reorder and before I could even finish placing my reorder one of the owners (I assume) had my order ready. The gentleman that was making the ice cream made my mini blizzard PERFECT and my food was hot and fresh. Thank you to this location for accommodating me!

This was the best Dairy Queen grill & chill that I have been to. The food, service and atmosphere was great! Everyone there were nice and one thing I noticed that you don't see at alot of restaurants, was the fact that they worked as a team to make sure every order was right. You didn't see anyone standing around doing nothing and the food actually looked like what is shown on the menu.

Best DQ I've ever been to. The manager is awesome with my kids and the entire staff seems well trained and friendly. I love taking the kids there for food and ice cream.

This location has an amazing team and an even more amazing manager!
Food is always yummy, warm, and made to my order. Never had anything missing or with the wrong ingredients.
There was a bit of a wait on blizzards one day, and I order some fries to go with my blizzard. I got the fries before the blizzard, and had almost finished them before my blizzard was ready.
The manager knew right away that my fries were for my blizzard and gave me a whole new set of fries to enjoy with my blizzard when it was ready. She is amazing! She deserves a raise, and working under her is experience to move up in this world!
This Dairy Queen has my business for life, if they give that amazing manager what she needs and deserves to stay making that location amazing!

The young lady named Emma that works at the window was very pleasant and had great customer service skills!

Lena was at the register and she was so amazing. Service with a smile and she was super kind

Excellent service, hot food that tasted great and the staff, at 9:40 at night, we're kind and helpful 20 minutes before closing.

Praise the LORD! We had a wonderful time. Although we were there at a busy time, (inside and out) Arial waited until we decided what we wanted with a smile. We received our fresh order and sat down and ate. Every worker went above and beyond.The four of us enjoyed our meals in a very pleasant atmosphere.

Lena the manager rocks!! Super nice and attentive. Wife’s fry’s were cold and we didn’t even complain and she had hot fries to us in less than a minute just because she saw the look on my wife’s face. She could give customer service lessons to many restaurants we’ve been to that are a lot more “high class” than DQ!

I don’t think i’ve ever met anyone as nice as Ms. Lena. Such a sweet lady! It’s very rare you see positive reinforcement from managers, but that’s all I heard towards her staff!!

Some days you just have to have a Blizzard for supper! Our favorite is the Royal New York Strawberry Cheesecake. The staff at this Dairy Queen 👑 is absolutely amazing and always friendly.

Excellent Dairy Queeen Best one I've even been too .Food is always made right and super hot .Manager always comes checks on customers . Super friendly well mannered and blessing from the Lord to have Mrs Lena there as one of there managers 1¹ .I give 10 Kudos to her!!!
Very hard to find this nowadays so I hope the owner or owners treat her with the utmost respect etc .
Cause you won't find workers to often like her and the staff also is polite well mannered and on there job working as a team also it seems which Is hard to find unity in the work field as well.

I went to DQ today with my toddler for some 'i-meem' as she calls it. Lena was so sweet from taking our order to saying goodbye as we left! I ordered a kid's meal for my daughter, and Lena asked if I wanted her to have the ice cream before or after her meal. When it came time for her dessert, I didn't know whether I should get her a cup or a cone and Lena decided to bring her a little ice cream in each, plus a Minnie Mouse ring as a special treat! She went above and beyond to make our visit extra special, and it was definitely worth submitting a review to let everyone know how outstanding she was.

Busy drive-through, great food and service. Now I know why it was busy! They're always good there.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly, and helpful, I went back up to ask for ranch and the girl who helped me had a smile on her face as well as the gentleman in the front counter. Thanks this was around 3:17pm

I picked up my grandson from school and decided to go by the dairy Queen and it was a good choice everything was great he had a chicken sandwich fries and a drink and we both had an ice cream cone.

DQ rocks , had a butterfinger blizzard and a strawberry sundae, didn't realize how fast there menu is expanding alot of burger combo choices...this location didn't disappoint, very clean.
