Lots of Pansies for the fall planting. Great customer service Reps! Always ready to help or direct you to someone that can help you. Or even call for assistance in different departments! Store has been rearranged so I was surprised to find the paint department been moved to the center of the store. But I love it being closer to the front.

How I do love going into Lowes! The people are friendly, will help you if you look like your stumped...but let you browse if that's your thing. I got my items and was on my way in a snap!

A clean store. Hires veterans. The store manager has a good head on his shoulders and a work ethic that he can’t hide. His attitude and structure carries over to his employees, and it is evident. with low turnover rates, I go to the store with confidence that there is knowledge to get me through the day with my honeydew list. Go Team!

Overall atmosphere of the store, I give it 5 stars, along with the attentive friendly employees. I have been coming here a lot to purchase items I need for my renovations. If Storehouse Salvage was closer, that would be my option, bc of the cheaper prices. U definitely can find everything u need at Lowe's, but it's going to cost you. If you are a member or military, you do get good discounts; just make sure u have your military ID to receive it. The store stays clean, especially the women's bathroom; Unlike a lot of stores, I can say this bathroom always stays clean. Also, they have some beautiful wallpaper, which u can paint on if u chose to down the line.

Very clean and organized store and very friendly staff!!! I was helped by Ansley and all I've got to say is she is an amazing addition to your staff!! And because of her, I've never had a better experience.. She deserves a raise!!!

Mr. Rob in the Tool’s Department was very helpful!! I went in to ask about a project I had no knowledge on how to begin, and feel very comfortable moving forward after chatting with him. Employees like him are few and far between!

Really impressed with the service we received at the Pro Desk from JJ. Being totally transparent we haven’t had the best of luck when shopping in this store previously. JJ went above and beyond assisting us with our project - sourcing materials and in a timely fashion. I will be reaching out to let corporate know of our satisfaction with his service and will plan our next trip based on his schedule.

Went back today . What an amazing lady helped me. I accidentally did locker pick up I think. But she was so sweet and did curbside. Above and beyond on friendliness. Great job! I cannot say thank you enough. I forgot her name. Middle aged lady short blonde hair with a limp guessing she was working phones /pick up area . I hope you tell her she made my day ! Thank you ! I got a 71/2 in lock last 2 numbers of order 54

I usually pull out my phone and look at the Lowes App for directions of where something is, but have always been happy to ask an Associate other times. Associate's are always helpful.

I cannot give Ashton, River and Matt enough praise for all their help with a recent return that another store messed up. They all went over and above to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Ashton (from plumbing) came over to electrical and did a fantastic job measuring and cutting wire, River helped get the wire with the fork lift and Matt handled the transaction. I can't say enough about those guys. I will make the drive to Statesboro over the Rincon location any day!

Lowe's is our favorite store. Have you ever went to the kitchen section and pretended it was your new home? Oh yeah, me either. Jk I totally do. Great place to dream and if you are savy you can find some great deals.

I get blows 100% the best people who can help you out there's a nice guy who I know help me out on something and he's a great help don't I do not have his name but he's a great person for Lowe's and he will help you with 100 percent is probably about 6:04 and he's a great guy and I think his name is David

I love their customer service... They have great prices on appliances right now.. A new oven for Thanksgiving.....

Aisha administered top-tier customer service. She is kind, patient and went out of her way for the best guest experience.

Always a good experience at Lowe's. I could only do less than 1000lbs on my trailer, so they were very helpful about what I should load on each trip. Thank you to the outside lumber loading team. They were a great help.

River in the Garden center was excellent this evening. He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable when I needed to get 10 bags of pea gravel. He got a cart for me and loaded all the bags onto the cart took the cart to the checkout desk and theb loaded it into my truck. He is a great example of excellent
customer service.
