Joshua went above and beyond over the phone, he sent two videos while in phone negotiations, We drove up Saturday morning and met Joshua and Madison, Madison handled the deal with the most pleasant interaction we’ve ever had. Finally Jeff Broadwater sealed the deal by doing exactly what we asked for then we met with Sam for the financial portion and guess what, it was as perfect as the rest of the deal. The car was cleaned and had gas in it. These people wrote the book on customer service, nothing else to say. Beyond a 5 star experience!!

Everyone there has done a great job working on my vehicles. Bubba Hice has always made me feel like a priority. Austin and Logan in the shop have done great work on my vehicles. I will continue to come to Jimmy Britt for my service, maintenance and new vehicle purchases.

We had an excellent experience with Camron Bryant when we recently purchased my daughter’s first car. The car we were interested in was at a sister location near Atlanta. They had it brought down by the next day.

Everything was as described. We did wait a good bit between agreeing on price to see the F&I guy but he was very efficient once we were in there.

Finally, the car only had one key. Cam followed up with their other location and tracked it down for us. I tend to hold vehicles in large part because of how terrible the purchase process usually is. In this case, I’d be happy to do business with Cam and Jimmy Britt again.
