This is a "not to miss" gem of Cafe.
Locally owned, the owner is the cook! Cuteness overload with pride of ownership. The menu is for baked goods and breakfast. They offer many gluten free and dairy free goods. The prices are great and the personalized service with a smile is even better!
Just off I-70 about two blocks in O'Fallon, Mo. If you going through this area you should make this a stop. Great coffee, awesome ice tea & try the gluten-free biscuits.
They have a real train red caboose in the front of the Cafe that you can't miss. The owner will be doing Santa & Mrs. Clause for the kids during the holidays. Oh, they have the absolute best homemade cinnamon rolls that I have ever had, so get some to go! Don't get me started on their homemade cookies!
So put this on your list, and the extra slice of good old Americana is free!

Best breakfast spot that also offers gluten-free options. It's family owned and delivers exceptional service. I love the blueberry pancakes with cinnamon syrup. Been here multiple times.

I went here for breakfast yesterday and I had never been before.
First off, this place is very warm and welcoming! Second, the food. The food was so delicious, I couldn't get enough! The coffee was amazing and fresh!! The customer service I encountered was phenomenal!!!! The interaction that the servers had with their regulars was beautiful. I cannot wait to go back!!!

Know going in, that's it's going to be a slower than other breakfast spots, plan for an hour to get in and out. They are a small shop and there's usually just 2-3 people working.
That said.
The food is incredible. The breakfasts are outstanding, the bakery and deserts are also amazing.

Met a friend there for a late breakfast, but not a brunch. We had such a good time seeing each other and the other patrons, the waitress and all others there made it so enjoyable. Food was great and the service was, as well. Definitely a place for locals, and it was our first time there. It is not a place for a large group, but more of a place to have a meal with your smaller party. We enjoyed it and will be back.

This quaint little Cafe was perfect for our Sunday morning breakfast. Took a while to get our food but what else can you expect when they make everything from scratch when you order it. The food was delicious, the service was kind and friendly. There was an open table when we walked in.

Only has breakfast fare for meals, but the food is so delicious you won't be disappointed. The cupcakes they sell are melt in your mouth yum! It's a nice old fashioned place with down to earth people and pleasant atmosphere.

Very nice little place to stop in and cram some chow down one's cakehole. The staff was extremely pleasant and my coffee cup never ran dry. What can be made from scratch there is and there is gluten free options, if that matters. When around, would definitely replant my rump there and eat again.

The breakfast here is so delicious. My husband and I both ordered the Country Biscuit Breakfast and both enjoyed it. Their biscuits are perfect. We both ordered the "small" but it was definitely plenty of food. We got there early and every table was full by the time we left. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back.

Been here a couple of times and love it. First time was close to an hour wait after ordering, BUT...keep in mind that because this is a from-scratch café that also has to keep very strict standards to produce truly gluten-free foods for those who can't have gluten, they likely have to do orders for only one table at a time and clean down the kitchen between orders.
Staff is always friendly and both times I've gone my table was checked on a decent intervals to make sure we had enough coffee/water.

Great food, just plan on taking your time waiting for it to come out. If you have an easy laid back Sunday in mind then this is your spot!

Great breakfast and affordable prices. Kids loved the pancakes and bacon. Lots of GF options. Nice patio outside.

Excellent and Fresh food with exceptional customer service. French toast was amazing and the homemade syrup was fantastic!

This was a perfect choice for my Small Business Saturday brunch! The omelet was the best I have ever eaten, hash browns crispy and even the toast was yummy! Baked goods are delicious and service makes me home-town proud!

BEST COMFORT FOOD EVER!!! I've never been anywhere that has so many gluten-free breakfast foods, including biscuits and gravy!!! Sooo delicious, I can't wait to go back. Everything is so well made and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

i have celiac so i am very picky about where i eat. my boyfriend does not like to eat gluten free, so sometimes it is hard finding a place. this place has delicious gluten free and regular food. the people were so nice and made personal connections with us. our server, peggy, was truly caring and made sure we had everything we needed. the food came out quick and was amazing. definitely recommend for anyone who has dietary restrictions or just someplace to eat. it is a small restaurant, but the quality is immaculate. i cannot recommend this place enough

I come here often and have never once been disappointed. I am a celiac (major wheat/rye/barley allergy) and have always felt safe eating here and I have never had a reaction to their gluten free offerings. I would strongly recommend coming here as the staff are super friendly and personable.
There may/will be a wait for food as they cook from scratch but it is definitely worth the wait, plus gluten free food takes a while to make already. I strongly recommend going on the weekdays they are open as weekends are incredibly busy.
Their gluten free desserts are also delicious and I encourage trying all they have to offer (specifically the crumb cakes but they do have other things like cinnamon rolls, cookies, and other assorted desserts).
Prices are reasonable and the portions are decently sized. I had a full stack of blueberry pancakes, and while I probably should not have eaten that much, I am glad I did as they were amazing.

As a Celiac, I get nervous about eating out.
It's important to be able to eat delicious food at a restaurant and not become ill.
This is the place for your gluten-free self, AND your friends who don't have a food allergy !!
I've eaten here at least 20 times.
This morning, Made Today Cafe and Bakery provided another great eating experience !

I am celiac and this was a delightful experience! I had the biscuit sandwich. The gluten-free biscuit was delicious! My husband remarked that the scrambled eggs were flavorful. The girls that were serving were timely with the coffee refills and so polite! And most of all clean!
