Motion Stability Physical Therapy (formerly Stepp Center)

I had treatment at Motion Stability for about two months for a torn rotator cuff. I was in pain and could not swim which is my regular daily exercise. Several people treated me, but my principal PT was Kenny Wessel. He and the others did a fantastic job, and I am now able to swim without pain and stated working out with weights in the gym.

Victor was an incredible asset to promoting my sons healing from a back injury. The best part was he was able to identify weak areas that contributed to the injury and shift towards strengthening for injury prevention! Very intuitive, went above and beyond. I have been going to the Stepp Center for several months now and have really enjoyed it. Steve has been one of the most informative therapists that I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I have had numerous- ankle,heart,back several times and wrist. Summer is always a pleasure to talk to also. Steve has made me work for my current issues and helped me understand the mechanics of my injuries as well as what it it’s going to take to heal. I believe that’s just as important.With each session I feel an improvement in strength and flexibility. Steven Stepp is GREAT! I had a herniated disk, and he helped coordinate between my orthopedic doctor. With help from him, I have been 95% pain free for the last week, and am back to almost all my activities. It is AMAZING. Stepp Center was integral to my recovery from a neck injury. Steve’s knowledge and experience guided me through the healing process by providing therapy, drills, and exercises. He also advised me on what to expect at follow-up doctors visits. Ultimately, I was fortunate to be able to avoid epidurals and surgery by heeding Steve’s advice to be patient during the extended recovery period. His office location, in Peachtree Corners, is also convenient to my home and office which allowed me to easily attend PT sessions.

I am a 67 year old man who eats a little too much and exercises not nearly enough. I was involved in a highway accident and injured my shoulder and neck. My Doctor recommended physical therapy to improve my situation.

I had been to larger physical therapy facilities in the past for an ankle injury. I had trouble seeing the same person each time at that facility and when I did, I was not always sure they recalled what was done and what my situation was.

At Stepp Center, Steve sees you personally he adjust the therapy to your uniques needs and capabilities. He moves you through a series of preparations and therapy routines based on your own progress. I found his hours and availability perfect for my needs. He typically will have only 1-3 clients in the facility at any one time allowing him time to fully explain the therapy, physical movements and to demonstrate the technique while explaining the "why" behind the therapy that would give you the desired result.

Steve is a real pleasure ....extremely positive, energetic and motivating. I highly recommend Stepp Center for any physical therapy need you may have.

Steve is a great physical therapist. About 6 months ago, I fell off a ladder and injured my back. After several months of trying to exercise on my own, my wife found the step center and I am so glad she did. I started stretching and eventually moved to additional stretches so you do not plateau in your program. I have tremendous progress in a short period of time. Steve changed my gym workout and he told me I was working against myself. I would recommend him to anyone!

I have had several significant knee surgeries and subsequent physical therapy in the past. Steve Stepp is by far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. He has been extremely professional, very knowledgeable and very caring. The Game Ready icing and compression system he uses is outstanding. I highly recommend the Stepp Center for PT recovery. Steve is a high-energy, hands-on expert. He is engaging and focused on finding the right solution for every patient. I visited Stepp Center due to an injury over training for a triathlon. Steve used deep tissue laser therapy to target muscle healing and get me back in action. Steve's high energy was contagious to every patient!

I cannot say enough good things about Steve Stepp. It is rare to meet someone who is so passionate and fully committed to their field. Steve has helped my family through a variety of issues. No issue is too small for him - he was as fully invested in my sons strained hamstring as he was in my other child’s recovery from major hip surgery. His enthusiasm is boundless and his positive energy is infectious. He really believes you will get better and so you believe it too! He has a special gift for working with athletes… He knows what they need to get back on the field and knows the teenage mind well enough to offer them ‘workarounds’. When many doctors told my son “no squats, ever again”, Steve recognized that was unrealistic for a teenage boy and taught him a safe method to do squats instead of just saying “never again”. It is little things like this that make him an invaluable member of your health care team. He is timely, efficient and respectful of your schedule. Summer, at the front desk, as delightful as well!

The Stepp Center is the only place to go for adults and children who need physical therapy/rehabilitation. Steve Stepp takes an individualized approach to motivate, encourage and challenge you. I can't believe the progress I made with Steve's guidance, and the tools he provided me so I felt I could safely and confidently return to the intensive boot camp classes I love and understand my limits as I continue to rebuild strength. I went from walking with a limp after breaking my foot to running and jumping again with no sign of injury. He's adept at caring for all levels of athletes - from youth who are still growing, to high intensity college athletes, to adults who want to be active and healthy. I highly recommend Stepp Center.

I can’t say enough great things about the Stepp Center. Steve came highly recommended by our son’s surgeon and athletic trainer and they were spot on. Great facility and Steve is very knowledgeable and has been encouraging, caring and engaging with our son. We a very grateful for all that Steve has done for our son.

Steve helped my daughter overcome shoulder issues with great success. And more recently, he helped me with some back/neck/arm problems I was having. I find Steve very knowledgeable, full of energy, and willing to tell you when he can help and when he can't. Which I personally find refreshing. Highly recommend him.

This is my third ACL surgery and Steve and his facility is the best place for physical therapy. Out all of the physicals therapist I have seen this has been the best place. Steve has helped with my acl recovery with his flexible hours, clean and fully functional facility, and great people and conversation. Stepp Center has set me on the road to a full recovery.

I had pains in my hip and thigh for a couple of months and finally decided to give physical therapy a try. After some tests, Dhara told me it was not sciatica but a serious muscle lock. She and Victor performed different therapies on me in each session, and assigned different exercises for me to do at home. I felt at least 50% improvement after each visit. The therapy and exercises first reduced the pain, and then helped strengthen my muscles. Now I'm pain free and also learned the right postures to avoid future pains. I can't appreciate more of their knowledge and expertise.

I am a post-D1 golfer who is now turned professional. I came in with shoulder problems in my AC joint and rotator cuff. The service was excellent and knowledge was first class. Additionally, Steve Stepp offered to help with carpel tunnel upon my request since no one else could seem to help me after months of sitting with no progress and no golf. With his technology and help, I have been back playing golf thankfully, after months of no progress. I highly recommend the Stepp Center.
