Phenomenal Physical Therapy practice. Well trained therapists. Very knowledgeable staff. I went there after having injuries to both shoulders. Subsequently referred them to a patient recovering from a stroke and he’s done remarkably well with having physical therapy from Body N Balance. Best decision for stroke therapy!

Denise was great! She gave me a custom facial and I can already see the difference in my skin. Denise is a true professional. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and is very good at what she does. The room was very inviting and relaxing. I loved the candle fragrance and the soothing music.

The staff at Body N Balance in Johns Creek are terrific and all professionals. The training and instruction I receive with Private Pilates is very helpful for me as a runner. The studio is well run. The message therapy and facials are also great. The micro-current facials really work!

Theresa is an amazing massage therapist. She really helped me relieve some shoulder pain i was having. The deep tissue massage was very productive and i recommend her service. The atmosphere is top notch and very relaxing. Upscale facility. I am also interested in trying pilates for the first time. I would recommend using their services to anyone in the Johns Creek/Alpharetta and Metro Atlanta area.

I’ve done almost everything Body-N-Balance has to offer from Pilates to gyrotonics to massages to physical therapy with all sorts of remedies! Every member of the staff and every session I have experienced is nothing short of top notch. Always a great experience from the moment you walk in the door to when you walk out, always feeling better than before I might add. Feel accepted, and nurtured there. Staff are passionate and have a lot of knowledge. Love that classes are not too big. Only wish there were a couple of Sunday classes and that the 4:30s started a tad later so I could get there right from work! Overall...wonderful, friendly place!
