The quality and material of the Cabinets are the best solid wood. Starting from making a phone call to front desk where Alexandra responds very attentive, Saima who does excellent designs and attentive to the email and very responsive. I am grateful to work with Muses Cabinets Atlanta, and will continue to work as Black Galaxy Marble along with my future projects.

The Best Discovery ever....

I was introduced to Muses Cabinets when my company's Cabinet Rep moved to that company. Although, not the smoothest, I worked with them during the transition because my rep had done all my kitchen remodels to that point. Recently, I needed a cabinet installed in my personal home so I contacted my representative who was on vacation; so he put me in touch with Dana, another rep. This was the most horrible experience!!
My designs were late... She claimed she forgot... No Problem
I had to almost beg to get invoiced after repeatedly expressing the importance of timely communication and installation. I sent a specific picture of what I wanted and FINALLY got a quote which I paid for immediately. When the cabinets arrived, they began working without showing me the product which is not out of the ordinary. When they called to ask me a question, I saw the color of the cabinets were not what I specified. I notified Dana immediately that the color was not what I ordered, to which she replied "That's all that they had".
I tried to resolved this with her; her response was to call the installers and tell them to leave after my baseboard, trim etc having already been removed. I let them continue due to time constraints (template the next day). This color was a big deal because I had a specific design and a specific granite chosen and paid for.
I asked to resolve the matter with her or a manager and I was simply ghosted.
Now, this was my first truly horrible experience; and this may or may not be a horrible employee, rep or other... But my disappointment really came with how they handled THEIR ERROR. Dana was horrible to work with.
