My husband & I absolutely LOVE SYNERGY! They have such a positive atmosphere every time we go. When you walk in you can just tell how much employees enjoy their job and are happy to work there. 5-stars

Customer service is awful, lady on the phone sounded extremely annoyed the whole time even though the questions we asked were simple. Do not recommend Synergy Bank in general if you want a positive service for support in banking needs. This doesn't specifically apply to this one location, but to the bank chain as a whole. Reminder that while on the phone, we were not unruly or hard to deal with. Wish I had gotten the lady's name, but it is what it is.
