Phantom Fireworks of Duluth

We were first timers here and loved this store due to variety of fireworks that were available, staff was super helpful as well. Right after entering they asked us for an ID to register as first timer and gave a card for future visits. It was diwali festival for which we had gone to buy fireworks and found a variety pack of fountains that worked out really well. Selected a few more firecrackers and there was a 30% discount going on all items i guess so everything seemed well priced depending on how big celebration you want to have. Checkout staff also showed us a video of a firecracker to help us understand how that would turm out, this was without asking so great gesture, thank you. Will visit again for sure.

Excellent place to buy fireworks. Was very excited to see they wrote all names of fire works in Hindi. Was also happy to see they appreciated our Diwali and new year. Staff were very helpful. Lots and lots of selections

The store itself is great it’s clean organized only thing I didn’t like is their fireworks literally explode in ya face I’ve never had issues with TNT brand but phantom ice had some experiences.

This Phantom Fireworks has always been a great location to shop for new years and 4 of July, always very helpful and always have item's in stock.

Price is right ✅ and I got a free Tshirt!! I $500 got 50% off and still got the Tshirt and the fireworks 🎆 worked 💯 just look at the video before you buy

Trevon made our shopping experience super easy and so much fun! He asked a couple questions to get an idea of what we wanted to create and then walked us through the store, recommending various fireworks, all the while keeping within our budget. We’ll definitely be back!

Always my go to place for fireworks. Always a great selection, always well stocked, staff is friendly and helpful, almost always have a sale going on, and of all the fireworks I have ever bought I only had 1 that was a dud and didn't go off. Just 1 though.

Great store for all your fireworks needs

The store is very clean and organized. Ample parking and easy to get to. The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable and understanding! They take the time to make sure coupons and discounts are applied correctly. The variety is extraordinary! Pricing is competitive. We will definitely be back!

First of all, a large variety of fireworks which was amazing! Huge shout out to the employee, Halani, who helped us every step of the way! She was patient and open to working with our budget while still getting us the type of performance we wanted! She was very thorough in her explanations and even showed me a video to see how the fireworks would turn out! Super kind and helpful! RUN don't walk to this store and definitely ask for Halani!

Very knowledgeable staff, always a great selection, shelves always stocked full with awesome-quality fireworks. My dad and I shop here once a week in preparation for his 4th of July fireworks show. Better (and longer!) than the one that his town puts on, thanks to Phantom Fireworks Duluth! Thank you, Amanda! Awesome Manager!!!! She really knows her stuff!!

This store has been in business less than one year. The variety of product will satisfy from a small backyard party to a sports event on a large field. The customer service is on point and the but one get one free is the best. They not only offer it for the basic products but the grand finales as well

Just left out of here and I super shocked at how pleasant these people were compared to some of these reviews. The employees were EXTREMELY friendly (all of them) and knew how to multitask helping everyone. They have videos of all the fireworks so you know what you're buying. You can't expect these people to know what every single thing does. Come on. Anyway, buy one get one free & buy one get two free deals are perfect too. I spent more than expected, but also got more than expected. Also, shout out to the manager (can't remember his name) and Jeff, they were awesome!!!! :)

As a returning customer for the last few years I have to say this year was by far the best! Chris Day the store manager was amazing at helping me find both familiar products and quite a few new additions to this year's show. Once again no duds, and no complaints! Thanks again to Chris and the phantom team of Duluth!

Great place to shop for fireworks!

Every year I use phantom and they are the best fireworks in the business. This store has a great staff and the store manager, Chris is outstanding. Love this store and I promise you that there is no way you would be disappointed with the selection and friendly staff. O would give it 10 stars is Google would let me. 💣💥💣💥💣💥💣💥💣💥💣💥💣💥💣💥💣💥💣💥

Treyvon was awesome and easy to work with, was able to help me get everything I wanted all while staying in my budget. Great young man, should be considered for promotion.
