PreFlight Airport Parking ATL

I am really satisfied with my service here! I had to park my car for 11 days. As soon I got out of my car and pulling my luggage out of my car, there was already a shuttle pulling up. The man greeted us, and immediately put all of our bags on the shuttle. When I arrived back from my trip, there were plenty of shuttle buses available to catch right behind one another, so I did not have to wait at all! The man was so nice when he handled our bags onto the bus. I could not find my parking ticket, and the driver was so kind for me to show him exactly where I parked, because I did not forget where I parked. My car was exactly the way I left it. I would definitely use and recommend PreFlight parking on my future trips. Every step was a breeze. Next time, I will reserve with them way ahead of time because the prices does change the longer you wait to book.

Excellent service all around. I parked my care there for 5 days during the Thanksgiving holidays. I got there at 5 am in the morning. I had no problem finding a space to park and I was picked up immediately by a shuttle. It took only 10 minutes to get to the airport. I was picked up at the international terminal by a shuttle a few minutes after I got to the picking up location. Online Reservation is easy and quick. Each time I called, the person answering the phone are polite an courteous. Highly recommend.

Always the fastest shuttle service in ATL. Their speedy scan and go make entry/exit a breeze. Drivers are friendly and always assist customers with their luggage.

Don't forget to grab a cold bottle of water prior to exit. A nice touch after a long travel day.

I rarely write reviews but writing one because of the good experience. Entering was as easy as scanning the barcode on my phone. I parked in the covered area at 4:30AM, a bus pulled right up behind me seconds after parking. Driver helped with our luggage and off we went. On our way home from Atlanta, it was 4:00PM and the airport was packed full of people. We arrived at the waiting area and it was empty. Spotted a red bus several buses down. The driver got out and waved us down. It was faster walking to the bus than waiting for the bus to come to us. We boarded and off we went. Had a friendly small chat with the driver. The bus stopped right at our car and helped with our luggage. Scanned the bar code to leave. Will definitely use their service again in the future.

Since it was our first experience, we initially parked in incorrect space, (we were flying international and needed to park in garage) Mahogany was the employee who helped us navigate that!
Upon return, van picked us up quickly and returned us to parking lot!

Simple and Easy to use. Their website made it easy to schedule a booking and didn’t give errors when trying to book like the competition.

When I arrived my pass worked with no problem whatsoever. I was able to find a parking spot pretty quickly. Their shuttle spotted me right away without me having to make a call despite the early hours. That exceeded my expectation.

The driver knew his stuff. I was given a parking spot reminder that also had instructions on how to find their pickup spot from the airport, excellent.

Upon return their shuttle picked me up pretty quickly despite their app showing that all 3 shuttles were still at the offsite parking lot. Maybe it was just an internet connectivity issue on my end. Bottom line, they were there.

I was dropped off right at my vehicle and left without a hitch.

I really liked this company and will be switching to them for future off-site parking needs as this company gave me no difficulty where their competition did. PreFlight is excellent.

This company was provided to me via Turo while renting a car. I traveled alone with kids and this company made me feel very safe. They were quick to take care of me on the lot as soon as I arrived. When I needed help with a lock box, etc. they assisted me without hesitation. It was like having family to help me get where I needed to go safe, quickly, and sound.

I have parked at Pre-Flight maybe a dozen times and I have NEVER had anything but a great experience. The shuttles run regularly, every driver I have met has been very helpful and knowledgeable and, most importantly, our car is always in the same condition we left it in.

When the on-site parking at the airport was a total dumpster fire, we had to find somewhere quick to park. So just a short drive out Camp Creek Parkwey took us to this lot. As it turns out, it was so much of a better experience than parking on-site. We never had to wait a minute for the shuttle busses. The driver was amazingly friendly. They picked us up and then took us right back to our car. Why pay extra at the airport to walk for forever? I'll use them from now on.

I've used Pre-Flight in ATL many times. Usually a decent experience, but today's was exceptional because of Kalisha. We were running behind due to multiple accidents and I seriously thought we were gonna miss our flight but she made it a point to get us there promptly and with above and beyond customer service!

Quick and easy pickup and drop off to and from their parking lot. Seems very secure. Both drivers were helpful and personable.

Great experience! After getting up at 3 am to catch a flight got to my car and battery was dead. I called front office and someone was there in minutes to my rescue. Would not even except tip. Super grateful!!

This place is amazing. We pulled in at 4 am, a bus pulled right behind us. When we stopped the driver jumped out and grabbed our luggage and gave us a ticket so we could find our place on our return. On our return to Atlanta Airport we went down to off site parking and there were three busses loading passengers. No wait. The driver took us straight to our car and sat our luggage right next to our vehicle. I will definitely use them again!

Closest to the airport, busses run frequently, friendly drivers. Well organized and managed. Staff go out of their way to help if you forget something or need help. Prepaid discounts and fast checkin and out with frequent parker card.

I highly recommend PreFlight. We use this service every time we go to the airport. Their property is super close to the airport. You never have to wait for a bus, they pick you up at your car as soon as you park. Your car is safe in a gated lot. We have always felt good about leaving our car there.

Been using these guys for years. Always quick to pick up. Only complaint is that they sometimes are slow to pick up at the airport early in the morning.

I was reluctant to try a new park and fly spot. I was even more concerned after making a reservation and seeing some recent reviews about the international pick up delays. However, our experience here was great. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival a sweet lady let me know exactly where I need to park for the international shuttle. After finding and parking in the designated area, our shuffle was on time, half past the hour. The shuttle was comfortable and the driver was super nice. I received a reminder with instructions on the app the day we we’re flying back in.When we arrived back in ATL, I called the number given on the app to let them know we just picked up our luggage and we were ready for pick up. Our driver was there in less than 10 minutes! She was very friendly and helpful. It was a seamless pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience and will be using them in the future as well.

Anytime! We hit the friendly sky’s we start with parking our vehicles at PreFlight! The staff like John and just friendly people who will do their best to make you feel appreciated!

Payment - We had prepaid the parking. Just showed the prepaid receipt when exiting to the cashier along with the ticket we got when entering the lot, we were good to go. Very easy process.

Wait time for Shuttle - 0 min for us. Both to and from ATL airport. Shuttle was there immediately/already so we literally didn't have to wait any minute.

Shuttle buss have the clear plastic wall added so they group all seats together by block of two seats due to COVID.

Drivers we encounter were professional, nice, and friendly.

Overall our experience was very good. We felt safe parked in their lot. Will totally use their service again!

So easy. Lots of parking and hardly any wait for a shuttle. Much easier than parking at the airport. Courteous drivers.
