They have a great assortment of jewelry in every price range. Their selection far exceeds anything you can find in a box store. The prices are also exceptional especially when they are running specials. Returns are easy. The sales reps are very helpful and friendly. After a number of purchases they know me! The on-air hosts are also very knowledgeable and entertaining. It does take time away from your day to watch and see what they are offering, but it is a great distraction.

I bought a beautiful yellow diamond ring at an amazing price...on sale. Now if the matching earrings would only go on sale! I was hesitant because I ordered from a TV jewelry channel once before and had a poor experience. I am happy to say this was the exact opposite. When I called to buy the heart pink diamond earrings I was very impressed by who took care of my order and so quickly. They gave me free shipping because it was my first order with them also. Product is beautiful and they do have some of the most beautiful jewelry I have ever seen!

I absolutely love the Gem Shopping Network. It is the ONLY place to buy genuine gems and jewelry. Why pay retail, heck you can't even get most of the stones they sell at a retail store. I love the variety and the hosts. Shawn on Monday late nights is my favorite. I also miss the other late night guy who sold his dad's stuff. Bring back Sue too. She was Awesome!! Premium products at awesome prices.

The customer service representatives are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The gems are fabulous! Beautiful jewelry, hosts are very knowledgeable about the gem origin. Sales assistants are very helpful. We love watching the show.

The only down side is the return process is very slow. It takes several weeks to obtain a credit and you are not issued a credit notice in email.

It’s not just a show interesting selling jewelry but also in educating watchers about jewelry to include history of gems, jewelry making, how to discern quality gems and many other relative topics. The show recognizes that not all viewers can purchase the awesomely expensive jewels so you find jewels available to satisfy the needs and tastes of a plethora of customers. The customer service is top quality and the interactive features are great.

Amazing selection of really high quality jewelry. Way more than walking down 5th Avenue in New York and certainly more than my local jeweler. Did not know how to shop at first but learned you need to watch a bit to find what you want to buy and call. I got to talk to the show host and ask question. I heard my voice on TV which was pretty cool. Impressed by their gemologists and the appraisal that comes with what bought. Will buy again for sure. Happy wife, happy life.
