AT&T Store

I would like to share how impressive the level of service was at this location. Fran and Mari are total rockstars. Had me set up with a new phone in 45 minutes.. easily transferring the data from the previous phone. They were very kind and advised me on the best type of phone to get and at a good value. Thank you Fran and Mari!!

I had the greatest experience with the manager Fran, she is very nice made us feel welcomed. she helped me, and my family save on our bill. Thanks soo much!!

I came in earlier today and purchased a new phone thanks to a worker named Jason. Very helpful and informative. Got a very good deal and a great new phone. Explained every little detail perfectly. I usually am indecisive about what I purchase too, so with his help I didn’t have any doubts with my purchase. I really recommend his assistance👍.

I came into the store to add up a new line and possibly get a new phone. Jay was the new store manager that helped me out as the store is now under new management, he was very knowledgeable and friendly; he notified me of all the promotions they had going on. He was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions, and in the end he helped me choose a plan that worked best for me. I definitely recommend coming to this store, and I definitely recommend asking for Jay when you go. I walked out with a new plan and a new phone, and I got a great deal on all of it, thanks to Jay.

The employee I think was named Jason was very nice to me and help me around explaining the models to me. The store looked clean and nice, so there staff takes care of the store and there customers. I would like the employee Jason for helping me around the store. Might consider to buy the next iPhone 13 from them!!!!

Manager and his crew took an amazing care of me and my family! This was my first time at such at&t store. I usually never leave a review. I was absolutely impressed how friendly and how fast at&t team resolved my problems.

I went into AT&T struggling to find which phone was the right one for me. An employee named Tom really helped me however to figure that the iPhone 13 was definitely my best bet. I would not have known which route to go if it weren’t for his help. He even helped me to upgrade my family plan. I had a great experience in this AT&T and will definitely be coming back in the future, great customer service.

I’m aware that this store is under new management and let me just say the new management is amazing! All of the workers in there are so greeting and so nice. Tom helped me with my upgrade and he is amazing! If you want an upgrade or new phone defiantly go here.

The absolute best experience I had with AT&T. The store is under a new manager whom provided me with incredible customer service. Their team gave me 100% undivided attention provided the best service possible. I left saving money with a big smile on my face. 10/10 suggest going to this store for anything you need.

I recently purchased a new phone and I’m so happy that I came to this location because Jay was such a great help. This man took his time to explain what’s the best deal and phone to get. He is a good sales person and very honest. Please I recommend him to assistant you for help.

I went in to at&t this Saturday and I got to say the employee Named Tom was so nice and professional he helped me switch over to the new iPhone 13 and I got a way better plan then I already had. I appreciated the great service they provided. Would definitely recommend this store

Got my new phone today from this store and I must say the service was exceptional. They answered all my questions and brought down my bill with a new phone... i got to know that it is under new management now and their main focus is customer service which I got!! Highly recommended.....!!!!

I came in today with low expectations of getting an iphone 13, however a nice gentleman named Tom was able to help me secure the phone that i wanted. He sat there with me for as long as i needed answering questions which was extremely helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this at&t over the other locations in the brooklyn area.

Purchased a new phone yesterday and the staff was great. Cristina and Dustin were friendly and even helped me transfer all of my pictures. Glad I switched to at&t.
Plus there’s free parking at the apartments 👍 Highly recommend this location!

Dustin Kim has helped my family with several transactions recently with excellent and personable service. There are stores closer to me, but I prefer this location. Today I went back again and was amazed that Dustin remembered the Wolfgang family. He was just as helpful as always! Thank you Dustin!

Maria also was so helpful in answering questions and providing quick and excellent service.

After signing up for an incredible online-only prepaid deal, I had problems activating my service and Wendy went through the trouble of calling support on my behalf, waiting on hold, re-calling until the problem was fixed. She owned it as hers to fix even though it was an AT&T network/support problem. This was the best customer service I've seen in a long time.

Good store, great customer service they know how to talk to customers well and calmly. They were nice and gave me a great deal and helped explain everything. Store is under new management better than other ones

Great customer service and great people. A lady by the name of Alex helped me out for what I need. Also gave me great tips about the new phone that I got.

Just went to check out the deals. Love the convenient location and the service was great. I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I had at AT&T. The workers were knowledgeable and not pushy. I really felt like they were trying to get me the best deal.

I love how the store is brand new, and I can walk to downtown Duluth for pies too ;)
