Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car here twice, once for 3 weeks and recently for 1 day. I had an excellent experience renting from enterprise. The car was clean and the staff was helpful. The staff made my experience enjoyable.

I always loved renting my vehicle from Enterprise. Online is the best because you get the best quotes and price. Coming in and having you car ready to go. No waiting around or going in the office just checking for damages and drive off.
Make sure you have enough money on card because if it's declined you have to use another and you can't keep the car longer

Honestly the whole experience was great. In comparison to any other car rental location I’ve used, I was surprised how smooth everything went. I had a rental car for about three weeks and every single time I had to talk to someone at this location about extending it or switching out the car, they were extremely accommodating and all around pleasant to work with. The on point customer service from this location was very refreshing.

I just got off the phone with Blake from this location. Talk about TOP NOTCH service. Went out of his way to call me a second time because I missed his first call, then proceeded to take it a step further and blessed me. Blake, I know you’re not the manager but with those skills and with that kind heart….. you’ll own an enterprise one day. Thank you for being a human and being a great example of what it means to deliver wonderful customer service. 5 stars!! I’d give 10 if I could. As long as Blake works here, I’ll be a customer to this branch and this branch only. Next time I come in, I want to meet you in person!

Upon arriving to the Decatur location, I was informed the vehicle size I requested was not available. I opted to receiving a different vehicle. Once I brought the vehicle back, Blake was the person who assisted in the return process. His service was impeccable. I was ready to return the vehicle and leave, but Blake insisted on addressing any concerns I had. Again, great service.

I went in and picked car up at designated time and check out was fast and we were on our way. I always rent my cars from here and have always been satisfied. Great service. Love this location and I will continue to rent from here.

Great service overall, I reserved on Tuesday on Thanksgiving week and they were still able to get me in for a car I wanted.

I had a little mishap with a customer service rep before my arrival, but when I explained the situation to Blake he made sure all my concerns were addressed, hence the 5 star review. I would book with them again.

Enterprise Rentals in Decatur, GA. you rock! Together with Progressive Insurance and Harley Collision Centers handled everything with the claim and rental car paper work. Just handed me the rental keys. The car rental was a great substitution while my car was in collision center surgery. Thank you!! KUDOS to the staff.

I had a positive experience with this Enterprise business. I chose this Enterprise following an accident while my vehicle was being repaired. Staff were courteous and efficient. Ryan, manager, and Elvis made returning my rental a breeze today. I received the recommendation to use this business from a family member who has rented from Enterprise several times.

Jason Leigh it needs to be more for the gold and platinum members because i feel that the deposit shouldn't be $300.00 dollars because we rent vehicles on a regular sometimes and enterprise should show more appreciation toward us with more deals on the vehicles that we rent so I'm looking for better deals

Enterprise has been our family rental car company for more than 20 years. I have referred them in the past and continue to do so. Fortunately for me, if my car needs repairs, my insurance company covers my rentals also.

I am very pleased with the service I receive at the Enterprise located at 2906 East Ponce de Leon Ave. The staff is always courteous and have a great selection of cars to choose from.

Great service! I had an 8am pickup and they were eager and ready to get me through the process of picking up my rental. The process took no more than 10 minutes and I had the keys. I'd definitely use this location again.
