I love this store. The customer service was phenomenal. When my mom couldn’t find a necklace design she like with the side of the diamond that she wants it, we come here. Quenessa is the person to go to she not only help us find a loose diamond, that she absolutely love. We also find that a chain that goes with the diamond beautifully. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much!

The people at this place are awesome! Big shoutout to Quenessa, Brandan, and Evelina for all their help! I bought my (now) fiancee an engagement ring there and they helped me out big time during the entire process. They don't just treat you as a customer but an actual friend who aren't just trying to make a sale. I went to a lot of other Jareds and other jewelers but stuck with them because Quenessa really knows her diamonds (super super nice too)! Brandan is the man with a clean suit and tie everyday (enough said).

I am 1000% going to be buying both our wedding rings from there and any other jewelry. I have already referred them to a bunch of my friends/family!

I purchased an engagement ring a week ago from this location. It’s a great atmosphere with a friendly staff. Brandon is the man! He helped me pick out a ring. He had great energy, he made sure I was ok with my decision, and was very knowledgeable. I hope to see him again when my fiancé & I go back to choose our wedding rings.

My husband got my ring here so I went and shopped for his at this store. I absolutely love the crew here! They are always so friendly, helpful and actually care about your needs. I originally went to other Jared location for my husbands ring and I felt like the sales associate was only focused on making a sale and also lied to me about the promotions but the Duluth location, 0 issues.

Tiki helped me find a ring for my husband within my budget and answered any and all questions that I had about the materials, promotions and etc. I enjoyed this store so much I went back before our wedding to get my wedding band. All 3 wedding rings are so perfect and beautiful!! Tiki and the lady who helped my husband (can’t remember her name but my Panama Beach Buddy) are so wonderful!! I am so happy with our rings and the services we received

We came into Jared from a bad experience at Shane Co. The staff were so welcoming and personable. We even saw another couple that was at Shane Co. at Jared that had the same negative experience. The staff did not rush us and let us browse at our own pace. We found a beautiful wedding ring at a better price, and had a great experience with knowledgeable and down to earth people. Jared you have our business from now on!

My fiance and I couldn't be more happier with our experience here. Tiki is so sweet, knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to talk to and work with! The team is great too. My fiance and I just went in to Jared's to browse - not expecting at all to find something that she absolutely loves. We walked out with an order for a custom ring that is the most beautiful we've ever seen, which brought tears of joy to my honey. Tiki and team made the custom process painless and stress free, and every time I walked in Tiki knew my name and why I was there. I had an amazing time at this place. The representative Michelle was more than extremely helpful. She was able to assist me with everything that I needed. I walked in, she greeted me very well and was very enthusiastic. I told her I was looking for an engagement ring and she helped me pick out the best ring possible for the love of my life. This Jared is the best of the best. All of the people who work there are absolutely amazing. Especially the store manager! She sets the example and the rest of the staff follows. Niki the store manager uses her unique managerial skills to accommodate the shoppers and to exceed their expectations by helping them with their jewelry request and needs. Due to COVID there has been many items I purchased online and needed either a different size or item and Niki and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Keep doing great work you all and thank you for all your help.

I needed A bracelet from Pandora for my sisters birthday. I was greeted by Anna she was wonderful and then Michelle came over and helped. It was such a Pleasant experience working with MICHELLE her energy was awesome And she help me pick out something even more beautiful than I had in mind I left there super super happy. And my sister loved her gift. Great customer service I will definitely be back

Anthony was great. Knowledgeable and patient. I asked the price of 10 diff rings. My budget was 1500 and I was really happy with the purchase. I got approved on two diff credit lines. Anthony gently guided me to the better option which saved me major cash in the long run.
