AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Airport Gateway

Overall a great experience! Staff were friendly, offered a complimentary drink, nice bar and dinner downstairs. The shuttle train to the airport is next door and convenient to the airport. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Decently priced considering it was the airport and enjoyed my experience.

Ended up stuck in Atlanta after a miserable day of delayed and canceled flights, and the AC was a welcome oasis to unwind. Wonderful, clean, modern rooms and easy access from the SkyTrsin (though it’s a bit of a walk from the station). Spacious lounge is great for enjoying a cocktail or some food while unwinding. They offer a car shuttle back to the SkyTrain which was convenient on a rainy morning.

Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Had a wonderful stay at this AC by Marriott last Christmas Day. Despite a late arrival due to travel delays, check-in was mostly hassle-free. The room was clean, and a hot shower was a welcome relief after a long, rainy day. Surprisingly, being close to the elevator didn't disturb my sleep. I considered requesting a room change based on preference, but I never heard the elevator once. The convenience of the shuttle to the airport saved me from an Uber expense, and the shuttle driver provided friendly and helpful directions. Although I was too tired to explore the restaurant, it seemed lively on Christmas Day. Overall, one of the best Marriott experiences in a long time—thank you for being the highlight of a challenging travel day.

Montana was great she was very helpful with the issue I was having, she is very kind and sweet and she is the reason for my 5 star review if I could give her a 10 I would! I am look forward to seeing her during my next stay!

No frills. Just a very clean business hotel with hardwood floor and walk in shower. White bedsheets spotless. Love staying here. Though it is a bit of a walk from the skytrain, you can get a shuttle.

Fantastic location and super clean, modern and delightful hotel. I was greeted tonight with the friendliest smile and fantastic customer service from Hawa. Even at 10:45 pm, Hawa was personable and made sure I knew I was welcome. She sensed I was tired and got me to my room quickly. I stayed in a back side room (facing the parking garage) which was quiet - despite being across the freeway from the ATL runway. I am most impressed with this hotel - the rooms are lovely, spacious and the sofa (with pullout) gives so much open floor space/room.

I’ll return to this great location. I have meetings tomorrow in ATL and didn’t want to go downtown with a late flight.

Ask for Hawa! She’s a star!

Staff was extremely helpful when above and beyond call of duty! I certainly always staying there again next couple of weeks. I recommend it highly I felt safe and very clean and their hotel and walking back and forth to the shuttle to flying in and out of Atlanta

The staff of the A/C Hotel have all been amazing but the main person who always made sure my experience was top tier is the amazing Zahira. From the moment I checked in after a long day of travel, her welcoming and caring personality made me feel at home and that AC was great place to stay. I really appreciate her always checking in on me during my stay and giving me ideas on what to do during my free time. She has been a great help! I can’t wait to come back again. Staying at the AC Hotel was a wonderful experience, especially due to the exceptional service provided by Stephen from Engineering.

I encountered some issues with the WiFi, and Stephen was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain how everything worked and patiently helped troubleshoot the issues until we found a resolution.

His professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly commendable. This experience has certainly left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely choose to book this hotel again in the future, largely thanks to Stephen's assistance.

We had the best time at the AC last night! Check in was fast and easy! We decided to head over to the bar and have some much needed travel drinks! That’s where me met Leighton. What a delight he was. He was as sweet as he could be and kept our drinks full! He is definitely an asset to the bar/hotel!

Rita at the front desk went out of her way at check-in to assist me and was so kind! I would return because of the experience she gave me! Rooms are modern and in great condition.

The app works great, the hotel is new and nice. Has a bar, which is nice after a long day.

We stayed overnight to catch an early flight to Costa Rica. The hotel was easy to find and easy to access using the SkyTrain from the Atlanta airport. It's well marked from the street once you exit the train and take the elevator.

The hotel is relatively new and very clean. The room had everything we needed for a very short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

Location is great, nice view of the runway / aircraft traffic, with the most amazing windows and soundproofing - watching jets take off and couldn’t hear a thing!

The best hotel this close to an airport that I've ever seen. 4 min walk from the convention center, Uber to lots of food options, beautiful space - really impressed.

The hotel is very modern and comfy! Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean. We had a view of the planes taking off and landing. Their breakfast is delicious and great for the price.

The best hotel experience I've had hands down. We were flying out of the country early in the morning, so we decided to drive and stay at AC. Not only do they let you leave your car in their own gated parking while you are away, but they also provide a free shuttle to the tram. Welcoming and helpful front desk employees and beautiful clean new rooms.

We had a brief one-night stay associated with a planned airport layover. Check-in at 8:00 p.m. was efficient and we were pleased to learn the bar was open with food available. We had a tasty light dinner and experienced excellent service at the bar. The room was comfortable and we rested well until our 5:00 wake-up for returning to the airport. I asked the front desk about walking to the Sky Train, and was directed to follow a courtesy car driver, who gave us a quick ride to the entrance to the Sky Train station. Very happy with our choice to try the AC Hotel.
