Red Wing - Duluth, GA

The particular Red Wing store I most recently visited in hopes to obtain a new pair of Red Wings boots, was the Duluth, GA branch. Both gentlemen working were friendly and respectful from the moment my coworker and I walked in. He and I have both bought Red Wings together before. We both have had our previous pair for just about 3 years. Anyway, the guys did an awesome job in their ability to inform us on the new lines of footwear as well as the tried and true lines. Both he(coworker) and I chose a BOA type lace. (My favorite)My coworkers first pair. I have been to many Red Wings stores across the Southeast of U.S. The Duluth, GA branch is definitely up in the top 1 or 2. Keep up the steller work ethic fellas!

Love Red Wing boots and it's great to have a physical location in the area. They have a great selection of very high quality boots. The person working there was a absolute gentleman and let me try on multiple pairs of boots to get my size right. He was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Red Wing boots and this location

Employee was very helpful and patient. She did an awesome job making sure I got the boot I wanted and needed. I tried on many pairs of boots trying to make sure I chose the right one and she was extremely patient with me.

Niki is amazing! I came in about a week or so ago looking for a boot for my husband that’s been sold out at all the stores around us and they didn’t have it either but I was told they were getting another shipment so they should definitely have them in within the week. When I came back in today they immediately recognized me, remember exactly what I was looking for, size, width and everything, and by the time I even got to the counter they already had what I needed and was getting us ready to check out! Customer service was top notch, great experience both times for me, thank you so much!!! It’s the little things like this and a nice person that make a day so much better!

I went to Red wing in Duluth Tuesday afternoon to get a pair of work boots.
the pair i wanted unfortunately the last pair in my size had just been sold.
The young lady on duty saw my disappointment , and went into action. Let me say this Ms. Niki is Da' Woman!!! 100 percent customer satisfaction! Her customer service is awesome!
She not only understood what i was looking for in style as well as safety !
She is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all cares about her customers being satisfied with their purchase. Her personality is off the chain! she is a true pleasure to work with! her skills were so impressive that even though my company program purchased this pair, i am going to go back to see Ms. Niki and get the other pair she and i discussed and pay for them out of my own pocket! Believe me her skills are just that awesome! she is so down to earth, that you feel like you have known her forever!

OUTSTANDING Customer Service from Tai! I was in need of a specific type steel toe work shoe (ComfortPro 6705) that has been challenging to source from stores in my work area. Tai proactively called the Southeast warehouse (no luck), then got on the ole interweb and found a pair in my size (again, Tai proactively found the last pair I bought) at another Georgia Store. She coordinated with the store and had them delivered the next business day to her store. All done with a big smile!

Today I went to this Red Wing store. Staffs are very knowledgeable on their product. They focus on my health and shape of my foot. He also recommended different sole for my feet with a arch. I am so happy to get this product. He also explain me the way I can take care of the product. I will recommend my friends and family to visit this store. I will never go to any other brand anymore. I am their regular customer now. Great product.

Amazing staff and store. They’re so knowledgeable about their product and always happy to help. My fiancé had a pair of boots that hurt his feet and they helped us find the perfect pair to stop that! As far as Covid preparation and cleanliness goes, it’s the best I’ve seen. Only two people per store at a time and having us wear gloves to touch things.

I came in to this store with a pair of Red Wing shoes I had bought in a different state that I was having an issue with, but Chavius and the staff here offered really great service in helping me exchange them. After analyzing my foot makeup, they also had some great suggestions for me on changing out the insoles to increase support for my arches. They couldn't have been nicer, and I will definitely use Red Wing shoes for years to come

Awesome store and great staff. My husband is vey picky when it comes to his work shoes, we went to Vulcan Safety shoes and they just didn't have what he was looking for. He has worn caterpillars for about 15 years, and he always got them from Sears until they closed. He's very resistant to change, but the a lot of the guys he works with get their shoes from Red Wing, so he thought he'd stop by and give them a shot. We were both very impressed with their selection and the salesmen who were there were very polite. They answered every question he had and helped him find a pair that he is so far very pleased with. He liked them so much he put his shoes he was wearing in the box and wore his new work shoes out to finish our errands. These guys absolutely deserve five stars.

Searching around for a certain style shoe called this store talked with Rodney on the phone he was very helpful in trying to locate an Irish Setter boot no luck in the store but he even went to the extent of calling the main shipping warehouse to help me locate it. Appreciate the help but still no luck finding the boot. Thank you Rodney for your help.

Everything was perfect, the service was very good, nothing bad to say, they were very kind during the time I was there and very patient.

I went to Red Wing to workout my company's profile as to what we required in a shoe for employees to get their shoes paid for by the company. I was checking to see if the 5" height requirement would cover my ankle. It definitely did. So if you're looking for a shoe to cover the ankle, they have a few styles in 5" and several 6" or higher. I can't remember the Manager's name but he and the young lady who helped me we're great.

I cannot count the number of work Boots I have bought here. I can tell you I have been coming here for at least 16 years. I have never had a bad Redwing product, ever! Yes you can go buy cheap. But your feet, back, and self will suffer. Most selection in all sizes here. They can special order as needed. Many services available for your Redwing gear needs.
