The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta

The Westin felt like a luxurious hotel whose rooms have amazing views! Service was top notch. Valet was courteous and efficient. Although the rooms were reasonably priced, parking does cost $55 per day. Guess that's city pricing. Prob the worse thing about the hotel

Very nice venue, a little bit outdated conference rooms it didn't bother me much. I love the location. However, they could have done a better job with more parking options especially for people who do not like the valet parking options and who have big trucks. The hotel management are trying to do their best which I really appreciate.

I stated here for four nights. Had a great time. Beautiful hotel, very modern fantastic gym and pool. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly however, twice I had to stand at reception for about 10 minutes and wait for the staff to hold their heads up to see I was there and needed their assistance. Apart from that I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Words cannot describe how amazing this property is. They might have succefully converted me from a Hilton girly to a Marriott girly. The only thing I'd ding them on is the corporate policy to lean into the covid protocols as a cost cutting measure (limited housekeeping, no single use items which is great for the environment and so on) but that's a ding on corporate not the staff.
Keep in mind checkin is at 4 and checkout is at 11!!!!!

Hotel is everything plus some! They had a few things wrong, but they were very helpful and worked everything out to perfection. VALET PARKING IS PRETTY PRICEY BUT IT'S CONVENIENT. they are by pretty much everything. They have refreshments throughout the day! The pool is inside great for all weather. Views are amazing from all floors. Great experience overall. I will book again in the future.

I was very hesitant to stay here because of the bad reviews. But my conference was at this hotel and I didn't want to have the hassle of a commute, so I did. The bad reviews are wrong. I'm really glad I chose this hotel and would go back again. It was not perfect, but the minor imperfections were far outweighed by the view from my 61st floor room! It was quiet on my floor with a fast express elevator to get there. The valet parking was a great service with attentive and kind employees. The tower did not sway in the wind like I had read online. It was a wonderful place to stay!

Got there early and was accommodated with our room to check in. Check in was quick and service at check in was great. We relaxed at the bar until our reservation at Sundial. Bar staff was great and food/drinks were great at the bar. Sundial was phenomenal. Food was artisanal and waiter was great. Atmosphere awesome. The pool was clean and stacked with towels. Room was clean and house keeping was attentive. Room service was phenomenal and timely. Great experience and the best location. Close to Marta and great eateries around.

The location is perfect and you can walk to the main attractions. The hotel is a three-minute walk from the subway station. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The restaurant on the top floor overlooks the entire city. They pay great attention to customer needs and are able to solve customer problems in a timely manner.

Let me start with the hotel! IT IS off the charts amazing, the hotel staff is superb, the wait staff in restaurants wonderful. When you think excellent customer service, the staff are 10x that. Love love this hotel, smiles for mile. Very helpful I love atlanta Westin.

Nicely located downtown hotel with indoor pool and conferencefacilities. The proximity to public transportation makes getting to the airport a breeze. My room was in order and the view was great. The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch. The baristas were efficient and friendly. Plenty of food options within a few blocks. Would stay again.

Everything was perfect. It started with valeting the car and stopping at the registration desk. They had upgraded our room and asked if we wanted a late check out. Had a couple of glasses of wine at Bar 210 after strolling through Centennial Olympic Park. We had dinner above the city at the Sundial restaurant. Started it with some Pinot Noir, great appetizer and great service throughout the meal. The room service was extra fast with the morning coffee. The Starbucks got our favorite breakfast sandwiches ready before we checked out.

JALIN at the front desk is a super star!!! I’ve been around to so many hotels in my travel life and never have felt more welcomed, uplifted, informed and given the extra special attention that I can see he give to ever single person. That first interaction sets the stage for the entire stay and JALIN SHOULD WIN BEST OF THE BEST. Thank you Westin. Great choice and wonderful stay.

Walking in check out lines were long but they moved quickly. Yvette who checked me was very pleasant and helpful. Room felt clean and tidy. Location and price two thumbs up

Everything was amazing. From check in, to security, the gift shop and the cafe. Our experience was nothing less than perfect! Super friendly staff, very attentive & great food in the cafe. Besides the overall 5star experience, we wanted to leave a special shout out to our server Mike at The Cafe during lunch yesterday 2/14. He treated us as if we’ve been friends forever…we need more Mike’s in this world! Very sweet, funny and exceptional customer service. We tried to go see him again before we left this morning, but he wasn’t there for breakfast. We will be back, probably just for him! Thank you again, Mike! “You’re my favorite”!

Great views in this hotel. Rooms are excellent, was upgraded to a suite with Bonvoy Elite for free because the hotel wasn’t busy. Very nice.

I recommend the Sundial restaurant on top. It’s a little pricey but you can’t beat the views of the city, especially at sunset.

My wife and I stay on the 45th floor is automatically valet parking so it goes inside of your bill highly recommend love this hotel very clean and nice sceneries in a really good view of Atlanta you can see everything I couldn't ask for better service 20 out of 20 recommend we'll be going back. if you want a taste of Elegance this is your hotel with reasonable prices.

Things were chaotic at check-in for multiple reasons. The parking situation was so bad that we almost couldn't unload the car to check in. Then there was an issue with the cost for the person who paid for the room once some paperwork was straightened out. The first room we were given still had people in it. That made for a brief, awkward entrance. Nicole navigated that mess well and got us a good room. She really had to do a lot, but it all worked out. The rest of the stay was enjoyable.

We were wary of this hotel due to the bad reviews but we booked it anyway because I wanted to see the view! After staying 3 nights I honestly can’t say anything bad about it. We booked the mid floor rooms because one of us is scared to go any higher but our view from the 41st floor was amazing! Our room was ready at 7pm which worked out perfectly for us, it was ready when we got there. The room had good ac, hot water, and it was very comfortable. All the lobby and valet staff we met were very friendly. I would stay again.

A architectural gem with 1970s' grandeur. Huge lobby area, old fashioned pool, modern stairs, and roundabout rooms with great views. So sorry that the building will be demolished soon but that is why the price has been low. Visit before too late. (Parking is expensive though).
